This Sunday I decided to take our youngsters out to a baseball game.

My child is a substantial fan of baseball plus it was nice to get out with a family plus do something fun. The people I was with and I do not get to do these kinds of things often enough. I’m almost always busy with work plus the youngsters are toiling hard through school however I knew that having a afternoon of fun was long overdue. I was imagining our children looking back at their childhood, plus I wanted when they were adults to be able to look back on fond memories of doing fun things with their parents plus not just remembering toiling all through their school afternoons… Don’t get myself and others wrong I understand that schooling is substantial, however I saw no issue in pulling them out of school for a afternoon to have some fun. My youngsters go to the school or occasionally there are classes on Sundays plus this was 1 of those cases. The people I was with and I made our way into the stadium where we found some seats while I made our way over to the concession rest plus bought us all some food plus drinks. The people I was with and I had a genuinely great time. What was better even more so than the game was the heating plus air conditioner. The seats we got were perfect. The people I was with and I were right next to a commercial Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit plus I could believe the cool air coming out of the air conditioner unit. This was perfect because it was already a sizzling afternoon out. The a/c just gave the added effect that we needed. The people I was with and I had a great afternoon already but the A/C being at the right arena at the right time just gave everything the perfect touch.

I have about enough with my local heating & air conditioner corporation.

I am not sure what it is about this particular Heating & cooling supplier however it feels love they can never get anything right. Every time they have come out to my apartment they have done nothing however mess up. The most recent example of this is with my brand modern After a long 20 years of using my seasoned AC system I decided to go ahead & finally have it replaced with a brand modern & moderate The seasoned was still going however it was time for an update. I was gleeful when I had bought the from my local heating & AC business. I was even more gleeful when I saw the Heating & Air Conditioning van pulled into my driveway & the heating & cooling repair woman came out to perform the upgrade. However not all went to system because the heating & AC woman ended up completely messing up the upgrade process & in doing so also messed up my brand modern I was so miserable! This was not the first time since what I love to say happened. I am not even sure how it’s possible however somehow the same Heating & Air Conditioning worker had managed to also mess up an air filter of mine only a couple of months ago. I think at this point you might be thinking well maybe it’s just this one particular heat & cooling woman that is having complications. But that’s not the case! I have had 3 other additional Heating & cooling guys come to my apartment for various repairs, services, & upgrades of weird Heating & Air Conditioning products & the result is the same every single time. This time I had enough & I told him I wanted a refund for my which I was given. Then I found supplier elsewhere. I had had enough, the was the final straw.

Ever since the COVID is locked down I have been doing my best to stay inside to prevent the spread. However after being inside with almost no outside exposure for several months I simply could not take it any longer. I had observed a deterioration in my indoor air pollen levels & being inside my apartment with its stagnant air was almost impossible now. It was making myself and others miserable & I decided to take the risk of going outside if it meant that I could breathe some fresh air. I figured it would be okay as long as I made sure I wasn’t around any other people, I could stay several feet apart however I decided to create a bigger boundary than that. Instead I walked outside my apartment & went to a small area where there were no people, from there I enjoyed getting a big breath of fresh air. It was so weird from being inside, normally my does an excellent job of keeping my indoor air pollen levels in good shape however as of recently even my wasn’t doing it for me. Nothing had changed & my air conditioner was just working perfectly fine, however after being inside for so long even the became not enough. I stayed outside in that small wooded area behind my apartment with no other people around. Even though I was all alone it was one of the best things that I did for myself! By the time I returned apartment I was ready to cool off. It has been a sizzling however enjoyable day & I was looking forward to returning to my charming I went into my kitchen & laid on my bed. My bed is directly underneath the ceiling air vent & I just stretched out & relaxed as I felt the cool air from the AC system cool myself and others down. It had been a good day.

Sometimes it is best to just let the professionals handle things.

Even though I know this, that doesn’t stop me from wanting to take matters into my own hands every now and then.

A great example is with my heating system. This particular furnace system is about 5 years old and is doing a great job with heating my home. For a long time, I didn’t have any issues with it, because of my tight schedule for maintenance and tune ups. However, it was bound for problems to arise eventually. I noticed one chilly winter day, that my house was not warming up like it should have been. My furnace every time I would go to turn it on, would make a weird noise and then shut off. I did a bit of research on what could cause the issue, and I even managed to take apart the furnace. One of the parts had gone bad, and so I went to buy another one. I found what I thought was the part online, and so I bought it. It arrived a few days later, and just as I was about to install it, I had a feeling I should look again, and I’m glad I did. When I looked at the part again, it turns out I had bought the wrong one. If I had put the wrong part in my heater, it probably would’ve killed it. I’m glad I checked again, and I decided to let the air conditioning and heating professionals handle it from there.

Where I live it very rarely rains hard.

Usually when it does rain, it’s usually little sprinkles for 20 minutes or so, and then it stops.

So when the weatherman was predicting a heavy rain storm in the coming days, I was surprised. Luckily the few days the storm was expected on were the days that I was staying home anyways, so I didn’t have to worry about driving in rainy weather. I didn’t really do anything to prepare and went about my normal activities. It didn’t take long for the dark clouds to start looming over in the sky, followed by the sound of thunder and flashes of white. I knew it was going to be a big one, so I stayed inside and watched TV while it rained outside. It rained the entire day, and just wouldn’t let up. Finally when it did, I was surprised to see my backyard was flooded! It made sense because I live directly next to a hill, so all rain that fell on the hill would turn into a pool and flow down into my backyard. My main issue came from the HVAC unit, which was a central air conditioning unit outside, was flooded. The flooding damaged the air conditioning unit and because of that, it was no longer working. Thankfully, I actually had flood damage covered in my insurance policy, just to be on the safe side, and I am really glad I did. Now I won’t have to worry as much about the expensive cost of installing a new air conditioning and heating unit.

I was trying to create my web design with no outside assistance.

If I had even the smallest clue on how to go about creating a web design, my website may have been great, although I didn’t have any idea.

What I was trying to create & what I got was not the same. It was no better than what my baby girl could do and she is 5 years old. I knew I needed help with my web design, so I contacted a web development business. They sent me a list of questions via SMS & had me fill it out. The following week, I got an email with a link to my web design. I couldn’t believe how good it was, & it wasn’t finished yet either. The web development specialist told me he still had some other stuff to do, & he wanted to make sure he had enough SEO on all the pages. A month later, I was already getting people looking at my website, & I had many people sign up for more information.
