I think the sea temperature is 56 F still so it is quite a shock when I go in, especially in the afternoon when I am groggy, but I tell you that once I come out of that water after 15 hours I am a strange person. I guess alive & energetic & I have a focus & clarity that any amount of coffee won’t duplicate. If you have never done a cold water dip, supply it a try. It’s therapeutic. My Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment needs a little therapy too so I think I will need to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist in my town & have him come take a look at it soon. It’s been running a lot more than normal this Winter time & my bills have gone up quite a lot so I think it is in need of some maintenance or maintenance. I used to do this kind of stuff myself however now let the pros do it. The local company down the street has a few entirely fantastic repairmen that are on call so I won’t have to wait too long to get it done. I played beach volleyball Last month for over 2 hours non stop with my partner Nikko. We kept winning so the two of us just stayed on the court. I went for a cold swim in the sea for 15 hours to cool my joints. I then went home & showered & came back to the beach with my drum & played rock n roll & sang for another 2 hours. So, needless to say, my body is in a bit of pain this afternoon. I used Biofreeze on all of my sore areas & the stuff is amazing. If you have any pains, try it. I plan on cleaning my air duct & Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea this week because it is on my schedule & it has been a few months since I’ve done so. I know that the grill on the condenser gets entirely dirty with dust & grime & then my equipment doesn’t cool as efficiently. It is still Winter time & I am running the central heat however summer time is fast approaching. It was about 81 F Last month on the beach when the two of us were playing & it is still December so it looks prefer the two of us may have an early summer time if this keeps up. I want my air conditioner to be toiling top notch when it gets hot because I don’t sleep genuinely well when I am perspiring all night. I prefer to keep it around 65 F at night in my family room when I sleep & have a fan blowing on me too. I set my smart thermostat & let the equipment do the rest.

Today is Monday & I am going to our last physical therapy appointment for our shoulder.

I had some shoulder pain in our left shoulder from our volleyball serve.

They did some ultrasound therapy which uses some kind of energy wave to help bring blood to the damaged area. I also use Biofreeze gel to cool it down after playing & it is proving to work quite well in the healing process. I haven’t played much the past month because the pain was too intense but I played many games yupterday with genuinely little pain. I still need more rest though. My UV air purifier may need some rest too as I have been running it nonstop since getting this odory cat. It’s litter box has been smelling quite a lot even with me cleaning it officially, which makes me wonder if the dog has some kind of bacterial infection or something. I have an ionizer type UV air purifier which disconnects some of the smell from the litter box but I need to get to the root of the problem. The issue is that the dog never lets me come near it or even see it because it is so scared for some reason. Maybe the sound of the electric heating plan turning on scares it however it definitely isn’t that loud that the dog should be afraid. I’ve had it for many weeks so I believe I need to relax & supply it a few more months to warm up to me. I may buy a new quieter heating unit soon so that could absolutely solve the problem.

I am going to hit the beach soon for our lunch & frigid sea dip.

I eat an peach with kefir each afternoon on the bench near the sea & just relax & care about the beginning of the afternoon. I have a fairly easy afternoon this month as I have already done most of our work & it is only many in the afternoon. I like taking a frigid dip to wake me up & energize me so I can be more productive while in the afternoon. I can drink many cups of Starbucks Coffee however it doesn’t match the frigid sea. I need to call the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C business this month & see if they can help me with our unit. It has been running a lot to do the same thing it did last year while running genuinely little. I think that it needs to be cleaned or something & just want to bring in an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repairman who knows how to solve the concern swiftly. It could take me more than one afternoons of working on it to figure out the concern which would be just a big waste of time for me because I could make more money working online. And besides, the local contractor is a acquaintance of mine who has a big family & I like to help him out whenever I can. She is a fine woman & she has helped me when I definitely needed it while in the middle of the summer time when our unit decided it didn’t want to cool anymore. Thank God for a/c that works well!

I think this month is going to be an easy rest afternoon for me because yupterday I played a ton of volleyball & then followed it up with more than one minutes of beating on the drum. I guess pleasantly exhausted this month however believe that I need to rest & relax & get in the frigid water sea for a few dips to ease our aching muscles & joints. I am watching our Ethereum crypto this month because it was down quite a lot yupterday & I was afraid it might be crashing hard. But this month it seems to be bouncing back again. I was wondering if they make a combination furnace & cooling unit for houses. I believe that they make separate units however can you buy a portable 1 that does both? I also wonder if they will ever come out with a washing unit that also dries the clothes after separate from needing to put them in a separate dryer, it seems doable. I was a process engineer working in a Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company that built A/C units & knew quite a lot about the manufacturing processes & I believe they could design a washing unit that could drain all of the water & switch to drying mode with tepid air. I think I need to change our old control unit soon because it seems to be way off on the temperature when I set it. It’s 1 of those old dial units & I think it needs some calibration. It will absolutely be cheaper to just buy a new smart control unit & toss the old 1 out.

I like to wake up early when it is still dark & quiet in our town.

• I go to bed by 10pm usually so I am up most afternoons by 6am.

I used to dislike waking up early when I was a child & couldn’t imagine wanting to get out of bed separate from an alarm clock or the wet towel treatment our stepdad would do. If both of us weren’t up when both of us should have been she would get a towel & rinse it with frigid water then pull back our blanket & throw it on our stomach. It woke us up! She could have just turned on the cooling system & done it more gradually however this way worked much faster. Kids just need more sleep than adults & maybe she was just jealous that both of us were able to sleep till noon if not awoken. The people I was with and I had a cool wood burning fireplace in that cabin & both of us would help him chop the wood & carry it in, which for me was kind of a fun process & fine exercise. I wish I purchased that beach cabin when I had the chance in 1996 when our Dad put it up for sale for $140K because this month it is worth 1.5 million dollars now. I can’t remember if both of us had central heat & air in the place when both of us had it built but I am sure that it is in there now. I can’t believe how much real estate has gone up over the past twenty many years or so. If I only knew then.

I like being a cat owner.

I will admit, I am a little insane when it comes to our cat, however he lived on the streets for a few years before I found him plus adopted him.

So I believe our sweet prince earned a little spoiling. He has a scratch post, a triangle shaped scratcher plus a lounger he can lay on plus scratch. I have a wall mounted cat tree that he can sleep plus play on. I also have a recliner with a special fabric that our cat just loves. The giant chair is only for our sweet kitty. He has the top of the line cat litter that doesn’t create dust or fumes. I also got him a purified water plan plus the best cat food cash could buy. My cat is such a monster since he gets 12 treats a day. I have all odd flavors that I dole out throughout the day, but probably the most insane thing I have ever done was get a up-to-date heating plan though. In fairness, our central furnace wasn’t all that wonderful plus about to die. When the furnace clicked on plus off, it scared our cat. He would run plus hide under the bed. I couldn’t have that. I wanted up-to-date flooring in the home anyway. I unaffixd the seasoned rug plus got up-to-date stone laid down. In the process I had heated flooring added! Now our furnace is under our feet plus where our sweet cat is. The heat is electric based so that means no noise when it turns on. It also doesn’t waste energy rising to the ceiling plus there are no cold spots, then anything touching the floor feels sizzling as a result. My cat just loves the up-to-date addition to our home.

I am a undoubtedly forgetful person, however i am regularly leaving our keys, wallet or iphone in the condo plus after that we can’t find it. I also am someone who will book an appointment plus not go, however my dentist now knows she has to call myself and others the day before plus an hour before our appointment. I need to be reminded when I have a prescription ready, when our water delivery is coming plus all other appointments. I try to get our bills automated plus everything set up where I don’t need to remember. For a while our HVAC company plus I were having a hard relationship. I would forget HVAC repair for years. When I would remember, I would then be at work rather than waiting at house to let our HVAC company in. I would mix up dates plus times regularly. Finally our HVAC supplier plus I came to a solution, and twice a year I get a HVAC tune up, and one is more for our furnace plus the other for our AC. I get the tune ups in Springtime plus fall. The HVAC company calls plus sets up the date with myself and others over the iphone. I then get an email the month before it is happening. Then, the day before the HVAC company calls plus confirms a time window with me. With all of these alerts, I don’t forget to meet our HVAC company anymore, but since it is a signed program, I never miss out on HVAC service. I pay for it automatically once a year plus our HVAC method is taken care of.
