I played beach volleyball yupterday for over more than one minutes non stop with our partner Nikko. The people I was with and I kept winning so both of us just stayed on the court. I went for a frigid swim in the sea for 15 hours to cool our joints. I then went home & showered & came back to the beach with our drum & played tunes & sang for another more than one minutes. So, needless to say, our body is in a bit of pain this afternoon. I used Biofreeze on all of our sore areas & the stuff is amazing. If you have any pains, try it. I method on cleaning our ductwork & Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan this month because it is on our schedule & it has been a few months since I’ve done so. I believe that the grill on the condenser gets definitely dirty with dust & grime & then our unit doesn’t cool as efficiently. It is still Wintertide & I am running the central heat however summer time is fast approaching. It was about 69 F yupterday on the beach when both of us were playing & it is still December so it looks like both of us may have an early summer time if this keeps up. I want our cooling system to be working top notch when it gets tepid because I don’t sleep genuinely well when I am perspiring all night. I like to keep it around 65 F at night in our study room when I sleep & have a fan blowing on me too. I set our smart control unit & let the unit do the rest.

I am having a great afternoon with our cat.

I got the cat a month ago plus it has been hiding under the sofa ever since.

How long do I let it stay under there for? I am feeding it plus it has a litter box although I never see the cat. It comes out at evening when I am asleep plus eats plus plays until I get up in the afternoon then it’s back under the sofa when I come out from our kitchen. I was thinking of just putting the food, water, plus litter under the sofa too. Maybe if I get some decorative window film with cats on it the kitten cat may come out plus know it’s not alone, haha. I wonder how long it would go living under the sofa if I just continued love the two of us have been. I was looking at some window film installation companies last evening online plus laughing out loud at the proposal of having a pet I never see. I can imagine our friends coming over plus asking where our cat is plus me telling them it’s been under the sofa for several years plus I never see it. Maybe the window film installation business can hook me up with a deal since it’s such a slow time of the year. I wonder if our cat would try to escape if they opened the sliding glass door while they were installing the film. I know they legitimately don’t need to open windows when installing window film so it may not be an issue.

I am a particularly forgetful person, but i am constantly leaving our keys, trifold or cellphone in the home plus after that I can’t find it.

I also am someone who will book an appointment plus not go, then my dentist now knows he has to call me the day before plus an hour before our appointment.

I need to be reminded when I have a prescription ready, when our water delivery is coming plus all other appointments. I try to get our bills automated plus everything set up where I don’t need to remember! For a while our Heating plus Air Conditioning business plus I were having a difficult relationship. I would forget Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance for years, then when I would remember, I would then be at toil rather than waiting at home to let our Heating plus Air Conditioning company in. I would mix up dates plus times constantly. Finally our Heating plus Air Conditioning business plus I came to a solution. Twice a year I get a Heating plus Air Conditioning tune up, then one is more for our furnace plus the other for our AC. I get the tune ups in Springtime plus fall. The Heating plus Air Conditioning business calls plus sets up the date with me over the cellphone. I then get an SMS the month before it is happening. Then, the day before the Heating plus Air Conditioning business calls plus confirms a time window with me. With all of these alerts, I don’t forget to meet our Heating plus Air Conditioning company anymore. Since it is a signed program, I never miss out on Heating plus Air Conditioning service. I spend our money for it automatically once a year plus our Heating plus Air Conditioning plan is taken care of.

I recently gutted and redid the family bathroom.

It easily needed a facelift. The laminate granite was old and peeling up. The granite around the bath tub had mildew stains and the grout was all unusual colors. I hated the cheap sink, faucet and vanity! Even the toilet needed to go. My fiance and I ripped everything out and upgraded it with brand new. The two of us have a deep soaking, jetted tub. The two of us have all Moen fixtures and a up-to-date toilet. I even sprung for a LED lighted mirror and recessed lighting in the ceiling. My favorite is that I added a penny granite floor down in the bathroom, before placing the granite though, I decided to add heated flooring. The bathroom isn’t that pressing and adding heated flooring is pretty simple. I already owned a boiler system and just hooked piping to it. The pipes go underneath the floors so they would assume warm in the winter. They are spread throughout the whole bathroom and it is amazing. In the process it only took my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier about an hour; During the process the guy asked if I wanted heated towel racks too. Apparently a boiler can do that as well. I decided, why not? So I had that installed as well. The total bill wasn’t overpriced and now I have heated flooring and racks. I have to say, it is amazing to have it in the winter. I love having warm heat and a toasty warm towel anytime I leave the shower. I assume love a rich guy.

I don’t assume this is a luxury item where I live

I am already sick of the Wintertide season. Nothing nice is in the winter. I am not a fan of sledding, skiing or being outside in the cold. I don’t watch the Wintertide Olympics. I also do not like wearing thick coats, boots, scarves and hats everywhere I go. I used to do not like leaving my house due to my driveway. The snow would pile up and I would need to shovel around my car. Then I would need to turn on the car gas furnace to melt the ice off the windshield. While it was heating, I would need to remove all the snow from the car and chip away any thick ice. Anytime I needed to leave somewhere it was a 10-15 hour process of just snow removal. Thankfully my house has a boiler system. A boiler can have piping hooked up to it and be a snowmelt system. I have piping underneath my driveway that tepid water from the boiler flows through. That tepid water makes the driveway heated. Now because it is heated, no snow can stick to my driveway. I can just walk outside separate from thick boots on. Another pro is that anything touching the heated surface feels warm as a result. My car feels heated! On bitter cold days there still is a little bit of ice. Most of the time though, all the snow and ice melts on my car due to being on a heated surface. I don’t assume this is a luxury item where I live. I easily needed this system.

I enjoy having sizzling heat plus a toasty sizzling towel anytime I leave the shower. I think love a rich lady.

Sometimes, especially when both of us are alone for a stage of time, both of us can go down these rabbit holes of thought and worry and make it seem appreciate life is worse than it really is. The book is from Wayne Dyer and is called Wisdom of the Ages and is a great book for life wisdom from some of the greatest minds in history. I l received about this book when he came to do some heating repair on my equipment a single day. All of us were talking about life and I was telling him about all of my problems when he mentioned this book. When he finished cleaning the Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan in my flat I had already ordered the book online and it arrived the next day. I’ve study the book a few times and it has definitely helped myself and others to look at things in a clearer way. I am also looking at my thermostat in a clearer way because both of us also updated the seasoned dial thermostat with a new wireless type a single that is easily accurate.

I appreciate to wake up early when it is still dark and quiet in my town.

I go to bed by 10pm usually so I am up most mornings by 6am.

I used to hate waking up early when I was a kid and couldn’t imagine wanting to get out of bed separate from an alarm clock or the wet towel treatment my stepdad would do. If both of us weren’t up when both of us should have been he would get a towel and rinse it with cold water then pull back our blanket and throw it on our stomach. It woke us up! He could have just turned on the air conditioner and done it more gradually however this way worked much faster. Kids just need more sleep than adults and maybe he was just jealous that both of us were able to sleep till noon if not awoken. All of us had a cool wood burning fireplace in that home and both of us would help him split the wood and carry it in, which for myself and others was kind of a fun process and good exercise. I wish I purchased that beach home when I had the chance in 1996 when my mom put it up for sale for $140K because today it is worth 1.5 million dollars now. I can’t remember if both of us had central heat and air in the place when both of us had it built however I am sure that it is in there now. I can’t guess how much real estate has gone up over the past twenty many years or so. If I only knew then.

It’s a single of those outdated dial units & I think it needs some calibration

I think this week is going to be an easy rest afternoon for me because Last month I played a ton of volleyball & then followed it up with 2 hours of beating on the drum. I guess pleasantly tired this week however know that I need to rest & relax & get in the cold water sea for a few dips to ease my aching muscles & joints. I am enjoying my Ethereum crypto this week because it was down quite a lot Last month & I was afraid it might be crashing hard. But this week it seems to be bouncing back again. I was wondering if they make a combination furnace & cooling equipment for houses. I know that they make separate units however can you buy a portable a single that does both? I also wonder if they will ever come out with a washing device that also dries the clothes after without needing to put them in a separate dryer, it seems doable. I was a process engineer toiling in a Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation that built A/C units & knew quite a lot about the manufacturing processes & I believe they could design a washing device that could drain all of the water & switch to drying mode with hot air. I think I need to change my outdated thermostat soon because it seems to be way off on the temperature when I set it. It’s a single of those outdated dial units & I think it needs some calibration. It will easily be cheaper to just buy a current smart thermostat & toss the outdated a single out.
