I think today is going to be an self-explanatory rest day for myself and others because yeahterday I played a ton of volleyball and then followed it up with two hours of beating on the drum.

I think pleasantly exhausted today however think that I need to rest and relax and get in the cold water sea for a few dips to ease my aching muscles and joints.

I am seeing my Ethereum crypto today because it was down quite a lot yeahterday and I was afraid it might be crashing hard. But today it seems to be bouncing back again. I was wondering if they make a combination gas furnace and cooling equipment for houses. I think that they make separate units however can you buy a portable a single that does both? I also wonder if they will ever come out with a washing device that also dries the clothes after separate from needing to put them in a separate dryer, it seems doable. I was a process engineer working in a Heating as well as Air Conditioning company that built A/C units and knew quite a lot about the manufacturing processes and I guess they could design a washing device that could drain all of the water and switch to drying mode with hot air. I think I need to change my seasoned thermostat soon because it seems to be way off on the temperature when I set it. It’s a single of those seasoned dial units and I think it needs some calibration. It will certainly be cheaper to just buy a new smart thermostat and toss the seasoned a single out.

I am going for my afternoon swim in an hour once the temperature warms up a bit outside.

• I think the sea temperature is 56 F still so it is quite a shock when I go in, especially in the afternoon when I am groggy, however I tell you that once I come out of that water after 15 minutes I am a weird person.

I think alive and energetic and I have a focus and clarity that any amount of pop won’t duplicate. If you have never done a cold water dip, provide it a try. It’s therapeutic. My Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment needs a little therapy too so I think I will need to call the Heating as well as Air Conditioning specialist in my neighborhood and have him come take a look at it soon. It’s been running a lot more than normal this Wintertide and my bills have gone up quite a lot so I think it is in need of some repair or repair. I used to do this kind of stuff myself however now let the pros do it. The local company down the street has a few really good repairmen that are on call so I won’t have to wait too long to get it done. I played beach volleyball yeahterday for over two hours non stop with my partner Nikko.

All of us kept winning so both of us just stayed on the court.

I went for a cold swim in the sea for 15 minutes to cool my joints. I then went home and showered and came back to the beach with my drum and played tunes and sang for another two hours. So, needless to say, my body is in a bit of pain this afternoon. I used Biofreeze on all of my sore areas and the stuff is amazing. If you have any pains, try it. I system on cleaning my ductwork and Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan today because it is on my schedule and it has been a few months since I’ve done so. I think that the grill on the condenser gets really dirty with dust and grime and then my equipment doesn’t cool as efficiently. It is still Wintertide and I am running the central heat however summer time is fast approaching. It was about 74 F yeahterday on the beach when both of us were playing and it is still December so it looks appreciate both of us may have an early summer time if this keeps up. I want my air conditioner to be working top notch when it gets hot because I don’t sleep easily well when I am dripping with sweat all night. I appreciate to keep it around 65 F at night in my bedroom when I sleep and have a fan blowing on myself and others too. I set my smart thermostat and let the equipment do the rest.

Today is Thursday & I am going to my last physical therapy appointment for my shoulder.

I had some shoulder pain in my left shoulder from my volleyball serve.

They did some ultrasound therapy which uses some kind of energy wave to help bring blood to the disfigured area. I also use Biofreeze gel to cool it down after playing & it is proving to labor quite well in the healing process. I haven’t played much the past month because the pain was too intense but I played 8 games Last month with genuinely little pain. I still need more rest though. My air purification system may need some rest too as I have been running it nonstop since getting this odory cat. It’s litter box has been smelling quite a lot even with me cleaning it correctly, which makes me wonder if the dog has some kind of bacterial infection or something. I have an ionizer style air purification system which removes some of the smell from the litter box but I need to get to the root of the problem. The issue is that the dog never lets me come near it or even see it because it is so scared for some reason. Maybe the sound of the electric heating idea turning on scares it however it entirely isn’t that loud that the dog should be afraid. I’ve had it for numerous weeks so I guess I need to relax & supply it a few more months to warm up to me. I may buy a current quieter heating equipment soon so that could genuinely solve the problem.

I prefer to wake up early when it is still dark & quiet in my town. I go to bed by 10pm usually so I am up most afternoons by 6am. I used to do not like waking up early when I was a child & couldn’t imagine wanting to get out of bed without an alarm clock or the wet towel treatment my stepdad would do. If the two of us weren’t up when the two of us should have been he would get a towel & rinse it with cold water then pull back our blanket & throw it on our stomach. It woke us up! He could have just turned on the air conditioner & done it more gradually however this way worked much faster. Kids just need more sleep than adults & maybe he was just jealous that the two of us were able to sleep till noon if not awoken. We had a cool wood burning fireplace in that house & the two of us would help him cut the wood & carry it in, which for me was kind of a fun process & fantastic exercise. I wish I purchased that beach house when I had the chance in 1996 when my mom put it up for sale for $140K because this week it is worth 1.5 million dollars now. I can’t remember if the two of us had central heat & air in the place when the two of us had it built but I am sure that it is in there now. I can’t believe how much real estate has gone up over the past twenty several years or so. If I only knew then.

These are the 2 things I love doing the most however they come with a price on my body.

That is fantastic with me because when I play these types of things I just guess free & joyful & that is what makes life worth living. I’ve kept my life fairly straight-forward & only labor about 15 hours a week maximum so I have time to do the things I love. I need to clean my fireplace this week, which I don’t love so much, however it gives me a lot of joy enjoying the fires dance while I relax with my dog in front of it. I have a black dog with big purple eyes which took about 6 months before it warmed up to me when I first got it. It gets a bit sad when the central heat & air equipment turns on & sometimes goes & hides under the sofa. It stayed under the sofa for about several months without coming out until night when I went to bed. I think the Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea was a bit frightening for it when it was running so it would just stay under the sofa. I didn’t know this till I saw it a single afternoon run under the sofa when the equipment turned on. So now for heat I just use my small portable space furnace which is much quieter than the main unit.

This terrible little black pet I got a few weeks ago has been hiding under the sofa the whole time.

It only comes out at night when I go to sleep to eat in addition to use the litter box. Recently, the litter has been smelling absolutely strong so I guess maybe the pet is not feeling the best. I guess I’ll supply it another month in addition to if it still smells then I will have to take the pet to the vet. I’m trying to avoid this because it isn’t cheap but if the pet is sick then I’ll need to take him in. I guess the air quality in our beach house could be improved by getting some kind of whole-house air purifier to help disconnect the smell but I need to get to the heart of the problem in addition to why is it smelling so much. I scrub the litter a few times a day but it shouldn’t smell this bad. Maybe I can run our central heat in addition to air device in addition to see if the HEPA filter helps to disconnect some of the odor. I suppose sorry for this terrible pet that just stays under the sofa all by itself instead of coming out in addition to playing in addition to having fun. It’s own fear has made it a prisoner. Maybe this is a fantastic lesson about life for me too, don’t let fear paralyze you from living a better life. I guess our Heating in addition to A/C system can disconnect the smell so I will supply it a shot today in addition to let it run all day to scrub the air.

I am going to hit the beach soon for our dinner in addition to frigid sea dip. I eat an apple with kefir each day on the bench near the sea in addition to just relax in addition to appreciate the beginning of the day. I have a fairly easy day today as I have already done most of our work in addition to it is only several in the day. I appreciate taking a frigid dip to wake me up in addition to energize me so I can be more productive while in the day. I can drink many cups of root beer but it doesn’t match the frigid sea. I need to call the Heating in addition to A/C contractor today in addition to see if they can help me with our unit. It has been running a lot to do the same thing it did last year while running unquestionably little. I guess that it needs to be cleaned or something in addition to just want to bring in an Heating in addition to A/C repairman who knows how to solve the problem quickly. It could take me two days of laboring on it to figure out the problem which would be just a large waste of time for me because I could make more money laboring online. And besides, the local contractor is a acquaintance of mine who has a large family in addition to I appreciate to help him out whenever I can. He is a fantastic guy in addition to he has helped me when I absolutely needed it while in the middle of the summer time when our device decided it didn’t want to cool anymore. Thank God for air conditioner that works well!

I am up at 6 in the afternoon right now watching our Ethereum crypto because I have a lot of money at stake & it has been diving for a few afternoons.

I was down about more than nine thoUnited Statesnd dollars yupterday & was getting a bit nervous.

I told myself that if it gets to fifteen thoUnited Statesnd in the red after that both of us may need to consider selling. I don’t like doing that though because they almost regularly end up rebounding as soon as I sell & I lose the potential money I could have made if I’d just sat tight. My gas furnace is on right now reminding me that both of us are still in winter. The weather is decreasing for the warmer quite swiftly though so I may not need any climate control for a few months coming up. It usually doesn’t get genuinely tepid here until late June as both of us are more in the northern section of the Spanish coast where both of us have actual seasons however separate from the snow. I’ll absolutely turn on our cooling system in May though because I like it nice & frigid at night when I sleep. I’ve regularly been a fussy sleeper & believe that keeping our room cooler at night is better for helping me get a fine night of rest. I set our programmable control unit up well so that I don’t have to regularly keep looking at it & decreasing the numbers. I used to have 1 of those old dial types that was genuinely inaccurate, & a lot of time was spent looking at it & messing with it.
