The HVAC company calls plus sets up the date with myself and others over the iphone. I then get an email the month before it is happening. Then, the day before the HVAC company calls plus confirms a time window with me. With all of these alerts, I don’t forget to meet our HVAC company anymore, but since it is a signed program, I never miss out on HVAC service. I pay for it automatically once a year plus our HVAC method is taken care of.
