All the piping is installed in each floorboard so there are no cold spots in the house. I can set the temperature a little lower to save cash plus I am still perfectly heated day in and day out. I realized that my boiler could do this in my driveway plus be a snowmelt system in winter. A wood table in the dining room is normal, right? Of course, wood chairs to go around the wood table is also normal, right? But is it a good idea to have a wooden sofa paired with leather chairs? I mean, I don’t have a grand estate with a library that has custom built furniture like a desk and shelves for a myriad of books. I would love the grandeur of a glamorous bedroom like that in a French provincial manor estate, but is that really what might make me most comfortable? Maybe the look of a cozy dollhouse is better suited to a small home with a single woman as the inhabitant. Plus, I do own a house that is being used as a rental right now, and I plan to move back into it in five years. Maybe custom built furniture for this house would not suit that one. So many decisions have me frozen in time.

My former partner used to care about wood furniture, so we had plenty of oak furniture, although I don’t suppose that look seems particularly feminine. Since I live completely on my own, I would prefer my residence to reflect me. Since I’m a woman, I don’t truly want masculine wood chairs in addition to oak furniture. I honestly hate having a renter that regularly complains.

For the past year, I have been engaged in a court battle with one of the residents that lives in our apartment building.

I actually own the apartment building. My mother gave me the piece of property as a present for my 30th birthday. The apartment building is straight across the street from a park in addition to it has several different units. The apartments on the bottom floor mostly have one bedroom each. The higher apartments all have a few bedrooms in each of them. I moved an up-to-date renter into one of the several bedroom apartments. The guy in addition to his bestie has children to watch. Things were actually fine when they moved into the apartment. A week after they signed the lease, they started to whine about the apartment. They made a single request after another.
