I recently gutted plus redid the family washroom. It undoubtedly needed a facelift. The laminate stone was seasoned plus peeling up. The stone around the bath tub had mildew stains plus the grout was all unusual colors. I hated the cheap sink, faucet plus vanity, however even the toilet needed to go. My wife plus I ripped everything out plus replaced it with brand new. The people I was with and I have a deep soaking, jetted tub. The people I was with and I have all Moen fixtures plus a new toilet. I even sprung for a LED lighted mirror plus recessed lighting in the ceiling. My number one is that I added a penny stone floor down in the washroom! Before placing the stone though, I decided to add heated flooring. The washroom isn’t that sizable plus adding heated flooring is pretty easy. I already owned a boiler method plus just hooked piping to it. The pipes go underneath the floors so they would think sizzling in the winter. They are spread throughout the whole washroom plus it is amazing. In the process it only took our HVAC company about an hour, but during the process the girl asked if I wanted heated towel racks too. Apparently a boiler can do that as well. I decided, why not? So I had that installed as well. The total bill wasn’t luxurious plus now I have heated flooring plus racks. I have to say, it is amazing to have it in the winter. I enjoy having sizzling heat plus a toasty sizzling towel anytime I leave the shower. I think love a rich lady.
