I’ve always gotten hot while in the night when I sleep. I would fall asleep very comfortably plus cool, wrapped up in a soft fuzzy blanket. This did help myself and others sleep a little more comfortably, but I still have some days where I am still waking up hot plus sweaty. We just obtained a memory foam mattress plus these cooling pillows for the bed. I have seen quite a difference in our comfort since purchasing these. I also have a cooling towel that I can use if I get too hot. I am sure if things get worse, I’ll have to look into some other solutions that will not require myself and others to spend more currency.
