I don’t often crave KFC because it is normally too greasy for me. However, not very long ago, my hubby mentioned how he could go for some fried chicken, plus I was craving it after he mentioned it. I had heard about a modern delivery service that would bring food directly to our dwelling from nearly every fast food supplier including the local fried chicken store. I couldn’t wait to contact the restaurant plus get my hubby’s favorite fried chicken delivered straight to our door. If someone had told me that the two of us could get chicken meal delivery, I would have thought that was crazy. Up until the pandemic came around, chicken meal delivery, or any type of fast food delivery other than pizza or Chinese, was essentially unheard of. Our area didn’t have any kind of delivery services. I made a call to KFC plus put in our order. It was so wonderful to be able to remain home plus easily wait for someone to bring the chicken meal to us. Half an hour later, I heard a knock on the door. The young guy was resting at the far end of the porch, waiting for me to get my bag of food. He provided me with a solid thumbs up plus got in his car. I was so grateful I had left a pretty nice tip for the delivery. Chicken meal delivery from my favorite fried chicken store was even more simple than I had guessed, plus it was also contactless. One wonderful thing came out of the pandemic, plus I for one really hope that it stays around even after the pandemic is eventually finished.
