This Thursday I decided to take my teenagers out to a baseball game. My kid is a big fan of baseball & it was nice to get out with a family & do something fun. Every one of us do not get to do these kinds of things often enough. I am almost constantly busy with toil & the teenagers are working hard through school however I knew that having a day of fun was long overdue. I was imagining my children looking back at their childhood, & I wanted when they were adults to be able to look back on fond memories of doing fun things with their parents & not just remembering working all through their school afternoons, then don’t get myself and others wrong I understand that schooling is important, however I saw no issue in pulling them out of school for a day to have some fun. My teenagers go to the school or sometimes there are classes on Thursdays & this was one of those cases. Every one of us made our way into the arena where the people I was with and I found some seats while I made my way over to the concession rest & bought us all some food & drinks. Every one of us had a entirely good time. What was better even more so than the game was the heating & air conditioner. The seats the people I was with and I got were perfect. Every one of us were right next to a commercial Heating & Air Conditioning unit & I could know the cool air coming out of the This was perfect because it was already a sizzling day out. The just offered the added effect that the people I was with and I needed. Every one of us had a good day already however the AC being at the right locale at the right time just offered everything the perfect touch.

Every few years I love to do a giant wash up of the house; My apartment has a tendency to accumulate a lot of stuff, & every time I go & do a thorough cleaning I end up finding things that had long been missing & this year was no different.

A pile I was keeping, I entirely was donating, & a pile that was just trash! Congratulations one by one I went through everything before I moved on to the basement with the garage having been finished, but when I was in the basement I was sorting through all the items & I observed something that looked out of locale. Something looked love an I just had to take a closer look & sure enough it was exactly as I thought it was a small portable ductless mini split I was completely amazed. I completely forgot that I had even had this. Now that I think about it, you better suppose I had plans to use it, I could constantly use a backup in case my central stops working. I added it to my other Heating & Air Conditioning items that I had in the house. My laying air cleaners, my HEPA filter, & my space heater. I just wanted to be perfect to use this summer time when the weather gets hot. I could use it to cool the apartment alongside the central & I have to worry about sizzling air however instead love the cool air that comes out of the air vents. I became relaxed just thinking about it.

This unique oil furnace plan is about 5 years outdated plus is doing a relaxing task with heating my home. I found what I thought was the section online, plus so I purchased it. It arrived a few days later, plus just as I was about to install it, I had a feeling I should look again, plus I’m glad I did… When I looked at the section again, it turns out I had purchased the wrong a single. If I had put the wrong section in my heater, it genuinely would’ve killed it. I’m glad I diagnosed again, plus I decided to let the air conditioning system plus heating professionals handle it from there.

Where I live it easily rarely rains hard, but usually when it does rain, it’s usually little sprinkles for 20 minutes or so, and then it stops, so when the weatherman was predicting a heavy rain storm in the coming afternoons, I was surprised, however luckily the few afternoons the storm was expected on were the afternoons that I was staying home anyways, so I didn’t have to worry about driving in rainy weather, however i didn’t actually do anything to prepare and went about our normal activities.

It didn’t take long for the dark clouds to start looming over in the sky, followed by the sound of thunder and flashes of white. I knew it was going to be a big one, so I stayed inside and watched cable while it rained outside. It rained the entire day, and just wouldn’t let up… Finally when it did, I was surprised to see our backyard was flooded! It made sense because I live directly next to a hill, so all rain that fell on the hill would turn into a pool and flow down into our backyard, but my main issue came from the Heating plus A/C unit, which was a central air conditioner device outside, was flooded, but the flooding injured the air conditioner device and because of that, it was no longer working. Thankfully, I particularly had flood injure covered in our insurance policy, just to be on the safe side, and I am actually glad I did, now I won’t have to worry as much about the high-priced cost of installing a new air conditioner and heating unit.

Last winter, thanks in section to going stir crazy from the pandemic, our partner plus I assembled a cool outdoor movie theater in our backyard.

Both of us already had a nice firepit plus a kneeling area, so we added a 10 by 15 foot screen along the security fence, plus brought out a digital projector to show movies in the great outdoors.

It was a sizable hit, plus we were out there several mornings a month through the winter, watching fave movies in front of a roaring fire. When the weather changed, so did movie mornings, because although there was a source of heating, that firepit was useless against boiling weather. If we wanted to keep watching movies under the stars ,we would need some kind of cooling plan to keep us comfortable. It turns out there is no cheap plus simple cooling equivalent to the fire pit, all the possible solutions are high tech plus very fancy. There are portable air conditioner systems, plus some very great 1s, however kneeling 1 outside is next to useless, then you would basically have to sit right on top of the air vents just to recognize the cooling, because it would dissipate in the open air so hastily. It actually sucked to not use the movie screen for the hottest section of the summer, however we had no choice however to stay inside with the air conditioner. It is so difficult to appreciate a movie while you are covered in sweat in 95 degree weather plus irritated humidity, so we’ll just have to wait until the weather starts cooling off naturally.

A few years ago a tornado tore through this neighborhood. The night before I heard the winds plus the rain, however fell asleep in front of the television plus didn’t notice anything major happening. The next afternoon I woke up plus took the pet for a walk, at which point I saw that several houses on our street had been utterly destroyed. I could clearly see the path the twister had taken, plus thankfully it had gone down the other side of the street, plus not our side. It wasn’t until later I realized how fortunate I was, because that air conditioner system was just 12 feet away from hitting our house! I am not a scientist, despite the fact that I guess that such a large air conditioner system coming down from such a height would very tear through our roof plus possibly kill whoever was under that roof! I would come to find out that the air conditioner system belonged to a person named Ed, who lived about several miles from me. I’m thrilled the damage wasn’t worse!

This year was a little different, because I had really skipped doing it last year. With all the extra time I had due to the pandemic, I could have legitimately found the time, but I spent about 18 months feeling lethargic so it never happened. After over 2 years of building, I found that my home was a filthy mess, everywhere from the baseboards to the air vents. The air vents were so dirty that I got my tools to remove them legitimately and blast them with the hose in the front yard. Once they were off, I had my first clear view into the air duct of the house, and it was only then I realized how dirty they had gotten. In all my years, in all the venues I had lived, I had never gotten my air duct cleaned before. Seeing firsthand how much grime, dust, and hair can build up in an HVAC duct over the years is a sobering and upsetting sight. I knew that left to my own devices I could never get the air duct properly cleaned myself, I had to call for some professional help. Since I was having an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech come to the home anyway, I thought it would be a nice proposal to get a full inspection of the proposal and see if there was anything else I had overlooked.

Beyond air filters and fresh batteries in the temperature control, what else could I legitimately do? Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems require special training, however of course I am hard headed so I still thought I could handle it myself. I spent that entire night crouched over my computer, seeing dozens of videos on Youtube about basic Heating, Ventilation, and A/C proposal maintenance, and walked away more confused than ever. I eventually called an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech for a maintenance call, because something you have to leave to the professionals.
