I was so thankful that we were able to find a good HVAC company when both of us purchased our first home. I easily didn’t feel much about taking care of the HVAC system. In the past I only rented apartments and used window a/c units. I never easily had a central HVAC system before! Well, the HVAC professional who came out taught us a lot about taking care of the HVAC system, and something that I never would have realized was that you need to cover your outdoor a/c condenser equipment in the winter season, but you don’t want snow getting inside or icicles slamming into the equipment to cause destruction. The HVAC professional was telling me how it’s easily costly to have to update the a/c condenser unit, so you have to take fantastic care of it until the whole HVAC system eventually needs to be updated. He said my system had a good amount of time left on it and he was certainly right about that. We went for about 8 years with that HVAC system providing us perfect comfort through the heating and cooling seasons. The energy costs were never too poor and I was so happy that I never had to worry about setting up the window a/c units every single summer time season. We have been on an HVAC repair plan all this time as well, so both of us have saved so much money on Heating & A/C repair and care. Eventually, the HVAC professional told us to save up for a new HVAC when ours was nearing its end. We ended up getting a ductless mini split installed and we entirely appreciate it.

Our dog is totally strange when it comes to people coming to the house.

• For some reason when there are plumbers, heating and A/C professionals, or other companies who come to the house, he freaks out and barks at them when they are coming to the door, usually if the people are new to the house and my dog doesn’t recognize them, he particularly goes nuts, then that is until every one of us invite the person into the house, then as soon as the person gets in the house, my dog totally switches up the tune and hastily wants to play around and be nice.

There is a slight concern with our dog jumping on the people, but other than that he doesn’t try to bite or act ferociously at all. Oh man, we had a new HVAC professional come out to the house recently and the guy practically looked like he was ready to run when we were trying to let him inside the house, then it was tough to contain our dog. Even when every one of us temporarily put him in the guest dining room, he managed to break the door open and went running for the HVAC professional. The HVAC professional screamed in fear but our dog only licked him and was acting friendly. We had to explain to the guy that our dog is legitimately very nice to people when they come into the house, he was still cautious around my dog however he went to take care of the HVAC repair and then suddenly ran on his way when he left the house. He was afraid our dog would start barking at him again, but our dog kept his cool.

I thought it sounded like a wonderful plan when my buddies were talking about splitting out the old university mixtapes I made so long ago.

They wanted to listen to some of the old university jams we all enjoyed so much back in the day when we would smoke ganja and dig into the munchies.

I truthfully couldn’t even remember what I put on those mix tapes but went ahead and got my old radio out that entirely plays cassette tapes. I know, who uses cassettes anymore? Hey, those old cassettes are a treasure to have, it’s an area of our history! We all laughed when songs came on from Bell Biv Devoe love ‘poison’ and ‘do me baby.’ It’s not love you could just skip to the next track either! Remember, we’re talking old university cassettes where you have to fast forward and getting to the next track can be a little tricky if you don’t know how to time it right. I was starting to reminisce about back in the morning, we would commonly hang out in the garage of our parents house and we even had a window air conditioning system component in there for the summertime season, when we would hang out the most, then of course, these mornings it’s a whole new level. I have a ductless mini cut with many zones and we enjoy perfect comfort, not to mention, the ductless mini split I have is advanced with built in air purification.
