I truthfully did not expect to see any signs of life inside of the HVAC duct

One of my biggest commercial clients called last Friday, and the guy was panicked and upset because he heard particularly weird sounds inside of the HVAC duct. He described the sound to the best of his ability. I truthfully thought it sounded care about a raccoon, even though I could not entirely figure out how a raccoon would end up inside of the HVAC duct. I told the client that a raccoon would entirely require the help of an exterminator. He agreed to spend my savings all of the costs buddyd and begged me to help on the same day. I agreed and decided to check out the situation before I contacted anyone else for help. I met the client downtown at the warehouse and I stood outside the room where the noise was coming from for a while. I did not hear the same noises that the guy was describing, even though I believed that he was hearing a weird sound. I told the client that I would use a camera to look into the HVAC duct for signs of any complications. I was moving through the duct labor hastily however carefully, and I ran right into the raccoon. It didn’t see the camera until I was right on top of him. The raccoon let out the most piercing scream and I dropped the camera I was using. It took me a moment to get my bearings. The wild animal startled me. I truthfully did not expect to see any signs of life inside of the HVAC duct. After seeing proof of life, I decided to contact a local exterminator that I labor with frequently. He met me at the contractor and the people I was with and I removed the raccoon from the HVAC duct.

It is easily 1 of our best features. I do our best to remain calm when other people might lose control. I have been worked on a lot lately and I failed miserably when I had an appointment set up with an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor. The contractor was supposed to install a ductless Heating, Ventilation plus A/C device in the basement work space. When I contacted the contractor to set up the appointment, he wanted to schedule the work for Saturday. I wanted to get the work done on Thursday. Every one of us came to our agreement, however on Thursday the contractor did not show up. I called the guy a couple of times. He told me there was a mix-up and some confusion and apologized crucially for the delay. He promised to be there the next day. The following day was Wednesday, and the contractor came up with another excuse. This time he said it was a problem to get the device items from the supply dealership. When the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor finally had the supplies and the time to do the task, it was Saturday. All that time, he wanted to wait until Saturday to do the task and he made that come true. I was easily alarmed and miserable, however I really wanted to get the work done and I did not want to call another contractor and go through the same kind of trouble with someone else. I will not use the guy again for future projects though… You can bet on that.

I work as an Heating as well as Air Conditioning serviceman & most of my job involves helping customers with heating & AC repair.

I often work on installation jobs too, however most of my job is repairs.

When customers called for a repair, they speak to a woman or lady in the dispatch office. The dispatch office routes the calls to the certain shop that handles the section where the customer is located. The two of us never genuinely speak to the customer, because the dispatch center handles all of the customer service. When I have a customer that wants to complain about scheduling, there is literally no way for myself and others to help. I have nothing to do with scheduling for the appointments. Still, every once in a while someone will blow up & get miserable. Last Wednesday a customer got frustrated because she wanted the AC service scheduled for 2 p.m. I showed up at 12 p.m. Someone from the office would have called the customer to confirm the fact that I was on the way. At that time, the customer could have told the dispatch office that she was not ready for myself and others to arrive & the two of us would have waited until 2 p.m. to help with the AC repair. When I showed up at noon, the lady lost her cool. She got mad & I tried to tell her that I didn’t schedule the appointment. I assured her that it was likely an easy mix up & even gave to come back after my next appointment. The lady called the head office & spoke with the dispatch department. She wanted to speak with the employer, although I don’t suppose she ever had the chance.

One of my co-workers is a woman named Jack.

Jack is easily a single of the nicest & friendliest women that I have ever known.

She is helpful & regularly willing to lend a hand to someone in need. I am lucky that the two of us have become friends. I suppose lucky to suppose the guy… Unfortunately, I don’t have the same ecstatic & nice feelings about the guy’s wife. She is a total train wreck & a disaster, then she is not ecstatic about anything at all. I genuinely suppose the two of them should get a divorce, however Jack believes in trying to make the relationship work, and not that many of weeks ago, Jack & I were working downtown on a gas furnace repair. Jack’s wife called on the phone more than two times. She planned to let the phone go to voictext, however the lady called more than two times in a row & Jack was upset there might be an emergency with a single of her more than four teenagers. There was no emergency except for the fact that the lady wanted to complain about Jack leaving her laundry on the stairs. I heard the entire conversation between the two of them, although I was practically on the other side of the room. That’s how loudly she was yelling at my coworker & friend. When the woman got off the phone, the two of us finally had a opportunity to finish the gas furnace repair. Her wife called more than two more times before the two of us genuinely finished with the gas furnace service & that was just a single day throughout the week. It’s like that nearly every single day when the two of us work together.

My partner and I have a rented campsite that we go to once a summer.

All of us have slowly gotten better at it.

At first we used to take our family minivan and all sorts of camping equipment. My partner and I would pitch a tent, make a fire and be fine, once we had kids they informed us that it wasn’t good enough. All of us then tried using a camper; Driving the camper was a problem since I was the only one who could drive it. If I wanted to get drinks, toilet paper or a book in town, I would take our family bed, dining room and toilet. The kids complained bitterly about the beds too. My son hates that his bed was so close to the ceiling and hot. My daughter basically did not enjoy sleeping in our dining room. My partner and I didn’t want to lose our camping spot. So I started researching and found that you can get a mobile shipping container setup somewhere. It can be almost like a tiny home. My partner and I now have a shipping container camp home. It has a dining room, bathroom and two home offices. My kids share a part and our partner and I do. All of us have electricity, plumbing and Heating and A/C in there… Everyone loves this set up way more. My partner can leave some canned goods and non-perishables to save cash on food. The kids leave some clothing in the place. I now can drive our small truck to the campsite and anyone can borrow it now. It is so much more convenient.

Have you gone to a city and seen the mobile COVID-19 testing solutions? I have and it is odd.

You can get a test from one of these places to see if you have COVID and some of them even offer the vaccine.

When I first saw them it was people in the street with folding chairs and a metal table. Then they upgraded to a tent, but now the modular COVID-19 testing facilities are a shipping bag with all the equipment. It seems much cleaner and more regular looking. You can just get your temperature taken or be sectioned off to get the vaccine. I see the pros of doing a modular COVID-19 facility. You don’t have to wait in line as long and there is no requirement to wait once you are done with the shot. It is like a drive through for the shot. You get everything you need with small amounts of fuss and amount of time. My friend and I were shocked to see one on the street though. They are usually set up on a dead end with cones stopping traffic from coming in. Thankfully my friend and I both have our vaccine shots. I have thought about stepping into one of them just to see what it is like inside. I could always get checked if I need a reason to be in there. I want to see what the inside of a shipping container looks like. From the outside it doesn’t look like much. I bet they can make it definitely costly inside though.

My sibling Beth desperately wants me to do a triathlon with her.

I am not that pumped up.

I have tried all sorts of reasons to get out of it. I don’t want to run, I don’t see the point in it and it is too much money. Beth is offering to train with me, she feels it is an accomplishment to complete one and is offering to pay the fee. I thought I could get out of it because the facilities were lacking. For a triathlon you need to swim, bike and then run, but you also do it in that order. I am not someone that can potty in the ocean. I knew I would be competing all day. I told my sibling there is no opportunity that I would compete in an event that had no restrooms; Sadly for me the event is now working with a shipping container supplier. They have portable restroom facilities right on the site. After the ocean swim you can shower in an individual stall, pee and wash your hands. After biking and running there are bathrooms as well. The toilets are all on their own, the sinks have soap with them and there are air dryers. Besides looking like a shipping container from the outside, you would never know. I definitely don’t have a reason to say no if the event has this modular restroom set up. It definitely is a good idea. I do like that I can take a shower to wash off the ocean water and then compete clean. I am going to hate it, although I think I will do it with Beth.

But I have an independent heating plus air conditioning specialist and they tell it like it is. My independent heat and air conditioner worker was shocked that this central heating and air conditioning idea of mine is still going strong after so long. They just do not make them like they used to, he told me! He said flat out that I should just keep maintaining it and getting all the heat and air conditioner tune ups and check ups until the thing finally dies, who knows, maybe I can set a world record for owning the longest surviving central heating and air conditioning idea if this keeps up love this. I am still pretty shocked. But next week I have another heat and air conditioner tune up and check up from the independent heating and cooling specialist. we will see what he says this time. But to be totally tolerable with you all, I can not see our central heating plus air conditioning idea being on its way out. It is finally working very strongly and well right now. It would be very shocking to me if I find out otherwise!
