Especially when you get called for a heating and air conditioning repair job and the lady you are working for gives you the wrong instruction to their site! This happened to me the other week. I had a buyer call to have their central heating and air conditioning repaired and they ended up giving me instructions with a wrong turn off on the road. I ended up getting lost plus spending 2 hours to get to someplace that should have taken me no more than 30 minutes to drive to. I was fortunate that we were in the era of the cell phone. If this had been back in the afternoon it could have been way worse than it was. I called the buyer and had them give me the proper instruction. Because of this mishap in their area I ended up charging them an extra 50 dollars for getting me lost and the extra travel time! They totally understood and did not argue with me on it. When I finally arrived the repair of their central heating plus air conditioning plan was thankfully an easy one, and so I was able to be in plus out of there in about 40 minutes. Things care about this happen occasionally, and when they do you constantly need to be prepared, but always have a cell phone with you and never be afraid to charge more if they get you lost. After all, that is not your fault but the fault of the buyer causing you the extra gas and road time.

Then later in the month I had to go all the way up to the summertime house which is around a 2 hour drive to have the new central heating and a/c plan installed there as well. I ended up needing to take the whole month off from my job to do this. I was lucky that I had some paid getaway time available to do this so I did not lose a whole week’s pay. It just so happened that the central heat and a/c units in both our homes needed to be replaced, and I had to get them done at the same time. The reason for this was that the heating and cooling supplier I bought the heating and A/C units from were running a sale. Since I bought two of them, I got both for 50 percent off. Not a lot of people are going to invest in two brand new central heating and A/Cs at the same time! So because of that fact they offered me the discount if I did them both in the same week. Of course that saved me a few thousand dollars or more.

Today is Friday and I am going to my last physical therapy appointment for my shoulder.

I had some shoulder pain in my left shoulder from my volleyball serve.

They did some ultrasound therapy which uses some kind of energy wave to help bring blood to the damaged area. I also use Biofreeze gel to cool it down after playing and it is proving to toil quite well in the healing process. I have not played much the past month because the pain was too intense however I played more than seven games yeahterday with easily little pain. I still need more rest though. My whole-house air purifier may need some rest too as I have been running it nonstop since getting this smelly cat. It’s litter box has been smelling quite a lot even with myself and others cleaning it respectfully, which makes myself and others wonder if the dog has some kind of bacterial infection or something. I have an ionizer type whole-house air purifier which removes some of the smell from the litter box however I need to get to the root of the problem. The issue is that the dog never lets myself and others come near it or even see it because it is so scared for some reason. Maybe the sound of the electric heating plan turning on scares it however it really isn’t that loud that the dog should be afraid. I’ve had it for more than two weeks so I think I need to relax and provide it a few more months to hot up to me. I may buy a new quieter heating equipment soon so that could absolutely solve the problem.

My Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor gave me a great book a single afternoon & I read it whenever I need a bit of inspiration. The book is from Wayne Dyer & is called Wisdom of the Ages & is a great book for life wisdom from some of the greatest minds in history. I l earned about this book when he came to do some heating maintenance on my equipment a single afternoon. We were talking about life & I was telling him about all of my complications when he mentioned this book. When he finished cleaning the Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea in my flat I had already ordered the book online & it arrived the next afternoon. I’ve read the book a few times & it has genuinely helped me to look at things in a clearer way. I am also looking at my thermostat in a clearer way because the two of us also upgraded the outdated dial thermostat with a current WIFI style a single that is genuinely accurate.

I am up at 6 in the afternoon right now enjoying my Ethereum crypto because I have a lot of cash at stake & it has been diving for a few afternoons.

I was down about numerous thoUSAnd dollars Last month & was getting a bit nervous.

I told myself that if it gets to fifteen thoUSAnd in the red after that I may need to consider selling. I don’t prefer doing that though because they almost always end up rebounding as soon as I sell & I lose the potential cash I could have made if I’d just sat tight. My gas furnace is on right now reminding me that the two of us are still in winter. The weather is increasing for the warmer quite suddenly though so I may not need any temperature control for a few months coming up. It usually doesn’t get genuinely hot here until late August as the two of us are more in the northern section of the Spanish coast where the two of us have actual seasons however without the snow. I’ll easily turn on my air conditioner in May though because I prefer it nice & cold at night when I sleep. I’ve always been a fussy sleeper & know that keeping my room cooler at night is better for helping me get a fantastic night of rest. I set my programmable thermostat up well so that I don’t have to always keep looking at it & increasing the numbers. I used to have a single of those outdated dial types that was genuinely inaccurate, & a lot of time was spent looking at it & messing with it.
