When the two of us moved down here, our wifey was just crazy about being outside.
Since the two of us were no longer dealing with a Winter time that needs a gas gas furnace, she wanted to be outside.
To that end, she also wanted us to get a place with a sunroom. A sunroom didn’t exactly make all the much sense to me given that the two of us lived in a honestly sunny region. But I honestly wanted our retirement transition to be good for both of us. If she was game to buying a current home next to our on a hockey course, I could sure deal with a sunroom. Both of us moved in the fall & just loved the current home from the get go. Both of us had the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component replaced when the two of us bought the place but hadn’t been back since the heating & cooling component was installed. Of course, the fall weather where the two of us live is glorious. And so the current heat pump just stayed dormant. Finally, in the middle of January, the two of us hit a frigid snap & the heat pump came on for the first time. It was more than up to the job. This whole time, our wifey was soaking up the sunroom & making honestly part of our house. But by late Spring, I knew that the sunroom was going to need some air conditioner if she was going to use it in the summer. I had the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professionals install a ductless heat pump out there & it blew our mind with just how great it worked. So with the air conditioner from the ductless heat pump, our wifey never skipped a beat all Summer in her sunroom.
Sunroom gets some residential Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C
