Each morning it seems as though I find yet something else that proves to be, once again, that I honestly don’t recognize anything. Well, that may be overstating it a bit. But it’s pretty close. It took a pandemic to introduce me to indoor air pollen levels. One would guess that I should kind of have a clue about indoor air pollen levels as a grown person. But I didn’t. I thought the air conditioner was good air. And air pollution was for outside right? That is not the case at all. In fact, you can live in a rural area with the cleanest air & still have disappointing indoor air pollen levels. And while the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component does play a part with indoor air pollen levels, air conditioner isn’t cleaning the air. So why is there dust & dirt on the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C air filter when I change it each week? That was our main reason for thinking that the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component was cleaning the air. It wasn’t. The cheap paper air filters I was using were honestly there to protect the health of the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component & not our respiratory health. That was a stunner. Those cheap paper air filter aren’t removing the airborne contaminants that attack our respiratory system. For that, I changed to the HEPA filter. This type of Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C air filter honestly removes more than 99 percent of the airborne contaminants that hurt us & drag down our immune response. I’m just happy that all it took was changing an air filter to produce good indoor air pollen levels inside our home.
