The HVAC expert carefully followed COVID protocols

It took a good 2 hours to repair the Heating & Air Conditioning machine.

Moving into a new residence during the pandemic was certainly more than stressful. But there was little else I could do since the plans had been made forever ago. Both of us barely flew back into the country before all the borders were easily closed. The new residence was great & the moving company had done fine work with unpacking. Though we honestly paid a small fortune, we certainly knew the convenience of unpacking was something we truly needed with small kids coming along. The owner contacted us via video chat showing that everything was truly in order! All we had was our clothes when we got the residence & settled in. A certain setback we faced at that time was getting maintenance & repair at the residence. A few weeks after relocating, I had to call a Heating & Air Conditioning machine company to inspect why the A/C was making funny noises. The Heating & Air Conditioning professional who came by was excellent & followed the Heating & Air Conditioning company COVID protocols to the letter. She explained that she had to wear a mask no matter what. Both of us were at liberty to stay clear of the section where she was working hard unless she needed us. It took a good 2 hours to repair the Heating & Air Conditioning machine. There was a loose section that was blowing in the machine causing the clunking noise we were regularly hearing. Everytime we spoke, I had to have my mask on. The Heating & Air Conditioning machine expert even sanitized the section after she was done with the repair. This was all a regular part of the effort of this Heating & Air Conditioning machine company to keep its staff & buyers safe.
