I was happy the HVAC business had excellent COVID Protocols

Everytime we spoke, I had to have my mask on

Moving into a new house during the pandemic was more than stressful. Butm there was little else I could do since the plans had been made so long ago. We barely flew back into the country before all the borders were closed. The new house was great and the moving company had done an excellent job unpacking. Though we paid a small fortune, we knew the convenience of unpacking was something we needed with small kids coming along. The owner called us via video chat showing that everything was in order. All we had was our clothes when we got the house and settled in. One issue we had to face at that time was getting maintenance and repair at the house. A few months after relocating, I had to call an HVAC business to inspect why the AC was making weird noises. The HVAC technician who came by was excellent and followed the HVAC business COVID protocols to the letter. She explained that she had to wear a mask at all times. We were at liberty to stay clear of the area where she was working unless she needed us for anything. It took about 2 hours to repair the HVAC system. There was a loose part that was blowing in the unit causing the clunking noise we were hearing. Everytime we spoke, I had to have my mask on. The HVAC technician even sanitized the area after she was done with the repair. This was all part of the effort of this HVAC business to keep its staff and clients safe at all times.
