I obtained one of those round robotic vacuum cleaners at the local corporation in our town, so while I am gone in the states, our flat overseas in Europe has scrub floors when I return. I can control it with our iphone from here in America, which is easily cool, plus our friends will empty the dustbin once a month for me. It has a HEPA filter in it so it pretty much catches all of the dust that is on the floors. I will be in the states for several months during this visit plus I gave our friends the keys to our place over there so that they can check on it to make sure everything is okay there. I am running the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system with our smart WIFI temperature control, which I can also do with our iphone here. Technology has come a long way plus it easily helps a lot when you are not going to be home for a while. They also make animal litter machines plus pet feeding machines which you can control with your iphone so you can be gone for extended amounts of time while your pet is home alone. I like this because it looks like I am home when I am gone so that nobody tries to chop in plus live there or steal things. I’m easily ecstatic with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology they have out now.
