I was finally graduating after being in school for more than three years.
I had dreamed of being an air conditioner expert since I saw dad go execute quality AC maintenance on our old system.
In our final year in school, I had discussed with our parents plus they had agreed to rent myself and others an house for a year as I looked for work or to start a business. I was looking forward to graduating because that would mean freedom. I would have our place plus be responsible for myself. The people I was with and I got a great one that had all the amenities I wanted but I wish the owners knew more about Heating, Ventilation & A/C because it lacked an efficient media air cleaner, especially being located near a beautiful vineyard. Though I was busy studying for the finals, I squeezed in some time to shop for our household stuff. I had asked dad to help out with the air quality issue. He gathered information on what I needed to solve the issue including a modern indoor air cleaning system as well as qualified Heating, Ventilation & A/C workers to do the fitting. He then gave myself and others the invoice, plus the sum almost caused myself and others to faint. He helped myself and others apply for financial assistance from the local maintenance provider in the town district. I continued with our finals plus was able to graduate. That night at graduation dinner, as the people I was with and I all happily enjoyed our meals, dad handed myself and others an envelope containing our gift, and dad had paid for the air conditioner install as well as the first Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance session. This was important because effective a/c care programs cost a fee. At Least now I did not have to worry about scheduling an a/c care session to have the a/c filter plus ductwork cleaning done for the next several years.
