I was visiting with our mom on Monday & the 2 of us were sitting in the kitchen discussing some shows that the 2 of us saw on cable the previous morning. It was kind of hot outside & the air conditioner in the kitchen was running. My mom & dad do not have central air conditioner, because it's not entirely necessary. They live on a hill where there is a constant breeze & they live in a climate where summertime hot & cold temperatures are never higher than 90 degrees. The kitchen air conditioner was running simply because I was feeling warm. I started talking to our mom about the cable show that I saw on the previous night & I heard the air conditioner make a strain, hiccup sound. I told our mom that the air conditioner made a odd sound & she told me that everything was perfectly fine. I forgot about the hiccup sound until 15 minutes later when the air conditioner started blowing hot air. I told our mom that I knew I heard a sound! She turned off the air conditioner & told our dad to come upstairs. He was downstairs laboring on some concern in the basement. My dad grabbed his tools & took the front of the air conditioner off. He started moving some things around & he found 2 electrical switches in the back of the machine. He crossed the wires & there was a small electrical spark. Two or more than two minutes later, the air started to get cooler. I don't guess what our dad did to the machine, however it's genuinely a fire hazard.

I was blissful to help out our neighbor
