I recently gutted plus redid the family washroom.
It really needed a facelift.
The laminate stone was seasoned plus peeling up. The stone around the bath tub had mildew stains plus the grout was all odd colors. I hated the cheap sink, faucet plus vanity, but even the toilet needed to go. My partner plus I ripped everything out plus updated it with brand new. The two of us have a deep soaking, jetted tub. The two of us have all Moen fixtures plus a up-to-date toilet. I even sprung for a LED lighted mirror plus recessed lighting in the ceiling. My favorite is that I added a penny stone floor down in the washroom. Before placing the stone though, I decided to add heated flooring. The washroom isn’t that giant plus adding heated flooring is pretty simple. I already owned a boiler plan plus just hooked piping to it. The pipes go underneath the floors so they would believe sizzling in the winter. They are spread throughout the whole washroom plus it is amazing. In the process it only took our Heating plus Air Conditioning company about an hour. During the process the guy asked if I wanted heated towel racks too. Apparently a boiler can do that as well. I decided, why not? So I had that installed as well. The total bill wasn’t pricey plus now I have heated flooring plus racks. I have to say, it is amazing to have it in the winter. I like having sizzling heat plus a toasty sizzling towel anytime I leave the shower. I believe prefer a rich person.
