I am already sick of the Wintertide season.
- Nothing wonderful is in the winter.
I am not a fan of sledding, skiing or being outside in the cold. I don’t watch the Wintertide Olympics. I also dislike wearing thick coats, boots, scarves plus hats everywhere I go. I used to dislike leaving our home due to our driveway. The snow would pile up plus I would need to shovel around our car. Then I would need to turn on the car heating plan to melt the ice off the windshield. While it was heating, I would need to unaffix all the snow from the car plus chip away any thick ice. Anytime I needed to leave somewhere it was a 10-15 minute process of just snow removal. Thankfully our home has a boiler system. A boiler can have piping hooked up to it plus be a snowmelt system. I have piping underneath our driveway that sizzling water from the boiler flows through. That sizzling water makes the driveway heated. Now because it is heated, no snow can stick to our driveway. I can just walk outside without thick boots on. Another pro is that anything touching the heated surface feels sizzling as a result. My car feels heated! On bitter cold afternoons there still is a little bit of ice. Most of the time though, all the snow plus ice melts on our car due to being on a heated surface. I don’t believe this is a luxury item where I live. I really needed this system.
