Heated floors and towel racks in my new powder room

I recently gutted and redid the family powder room.

It entirely needed a facelift.

The laminate tile was outdated and peeling up. The tile around the bath tub had mildew stains and the grout was all different colors. I hated the cheap sink, faucet and vanity! Even the toilet needed to go. My fiance and I ripped everything out and replaced it with brand new. We have a deep soaking, jetted tub. We have all Moen fixtures and a new toilet. I even sprung for a LED lighted mirror and recessed lighting in the ceiling. My number one is that I added a penny tile floor down in the powder room; Before placing the tile though, I decided to add heated flooring. The powder room isn’t that sizable and adding heated flooring is pretty simple. I already owned a boiler system and just hooked piping to it. The pipes go underneath the floors so they would recognize hot in the winter. They are spread throughout the whole powder room and it is amazing. In the process it only took my Heating and Air Conditioning business about an hour, and during the process the guy asked if I wanted heated towel racks too. Apparently a boiler can do that as well. I decided, why not? So I had that installed as well. The total bill wasn’t overpriced and now I have heated flooring and racks. I have to say, it is amazing to have it in the winter. I like having hot heat and a toasty hot towel anytime I leave the shower. I recognize like a rich person.
