The ultimate solution

I just had our basement converted into a nice sized game room for our kids.

It is unquestionably substantial and nicely done. The only concern is that there is no central heating or a/c down there, then our central heating and a/c idea runs through our home but not the basement. There is just no HVAC duct down there; Rather than do all this construction to have the HVAC duct laid to add the central heating and a/c, there was another easyr and more cheaper solution. That was to buy a ductless mini chop a/c, call the local heat and cooling system dealer, then have them send out a certified heating and cooling specialist to convert the ductless mini chop a/c idea into a fully working ductless mini chop heating and cooling unit. This may sound love it would all be more lavish than having additional HVAC duct laid, but in reality it is not. I compared prices with the heating and a/c business and although this whole mini project for the ductless mini chop a/c idea will cost a few thoUSnd dollars all together, it is still cheaper than having construction done on new HVAC duct. Not to mention, it is also a lot less messy. Having HVAC duct laid would completely ruin the nice job that was done on the basement to make it a finished game room. So the ductless mini chop was the ultimate solution for the heating and a/c needed down there. It will be all good.
