There was a long phase of time when I thought I was sick. I kept coughing, sneezing, plus just feeling miserable. I would try to sleep it off but it never seemed to go away. That was until I stepped outside for many reasons. I began to realize that the fresh air was doing myself and others good. I even felt better when I was at labor than when I was at home. I went to a dentist about our complications once plus the dentist asked myself and others about our Heating plus A/C equipment. She asked if I was increasing our air filters plus if I used an media air cleaner at all. I never used media air cleaners plus I admittedly didn’t change the air filters absolutely often. I would wait until they absolutely looked dirty to me. I didn’t realize until later that it’s not constantly simple to see that an air filter is obstructed because of all those microscopic contaminants. They do obstruct the flow of air with your Heating plus A/C method though plus they will cause the Heating plus A/C method to struggle. My Heating plus A/C indeed was struggling, but it never died on me. I should have noticed that after I changed the air filter, the Heating plus A/C would run more smoothly plus the air quality would improve to some degree. Well, I ended up having our HVAC duct cleaned, a new air purification method installed, plus I used better air filters. I also changed them on time as per the guidelines. I was abruptly feeling way better plus I no longer felt sick inside our lake house any longer. I wish I would have kept on top of air filter swings plus HVAC duct cleaning before. Also, the air purification method has worked love a dream plus I couldn’t imagine not using it anymore.
