I woke up early this morning so I decided to go for a nice jog along the beach. It’s almost Christmas and I haven’t been home for more than one years now. Dad had the best electric oil furnace in her home which is funny because she lives in the South where every one of us easily don’t even need heating for the house. Every time I go over to their home in the Winter it is so overheated inside without any heat running. She insulated the home well and made sure the air duct was big enough to accommodate the monster air conditioner system she had installed. She has numerous HEPA filters in the air conditioner and has a gas gas furnace that can heat the living room up in about 15 minutes, but my father built up a real estate empire, accruing 25 houses over the past 50 years, so she is leaving us with a fortune. She has a few portable space furnaces in the garage that I may use because my oil furnace seems to be inadequate.
