Two days ago our husband and I made an appointment with our heating and a/c dealer.
- Both of us unquestionably didn’t think too much of it because all of us have had this same heating as well as A/C corporation maintenance for our furnace and a/c before… This time there was nothing wrong with our heating and a/c plan but all of us planned to have our furnace worked on before the winter.
The climate that all of us live in is known for having frosty and long winters and nobody around here wants to be without heat and so the heating as well as A/C businesses are normally fairly busy around this time… Naturally it took us two weeks before all of us were able to get an appointment for the tune-ups of our heater, but when the afternoon finally did come and the heating contractor made his way over to our venue he brought with him everything he would need. Both of us showed him where the furnace was and left him to do his task, but after some time it did seem like he was taking a while and so all of us decided to go and check on him. What all of us found was unusual! He was standing on the floor in front of the heater, he was talking to himself and he scratched his head like he was confused and trying to figure this out. When all of us asked him if he needed any help he stood up and admitted that he had no plan for how to perform the tune-ups. He apologized and then left. Both of us had to find another guy and that took an additional month but all of us were in the end able to get our furnace worked on like all of us had planned.
