I have always been the kind of person to work hard to keep my home nice and clean.
Every week I had the same routine.
I would wipe down and sanitize all surfaces, do all the laundry, and sweep and mop the floor. I even had a couple of standing air purifiers that helped to keep the indoor air quality good. However, after several months I noticed even with the air purifiers the indoor air quality was starting to get bad. I started experiencing symptoms similar to allergies where my eyes would water and I would sneeze a lot. The air in general just felt dirty and heavy. I wasn’t sure where to start looking for how I could fix this problem and so I decided to do some research online. What I learned from my online research was that the air ducts could be a possible cause and so I went ahead and made an appointment with my local heating and air conditioning business. When the HVAC technician arrived at my home he went right to work inspecting my air ducts and it didn’t take him long to discover that they were dirty and badly in need of being cleaned. The air ducts were cleaned and I went ahead and had my ductwork resealed while he was there. After the cleaning my indoor air quality has gone back to normal and I feel like I can breathe again. Having the air purifiers in my home only further helped my indoor air quality and the rest of my home to stay fresh and clean, just the way I like it.
