Hillary wanted to use his trip afternoons to get the beach home in order, then he knew it was almost summer, and the first guests would arrive, however the home had been his best investment so far, and it was generating such wonderful income for him; But, he hadn’t done replaces in a long time.
He always wanted to be present when the work was being done, so he chose to wait… Finally, he got a week off work and went to take care of the property. He had booked the services of a local contractor and also an AC servicing dealer. The AC servicing contractor was to come in and determine the right AC component for the house. Hillary knew it was time to update the old cooling system. He wanted something more new to go with the home and also energy efficiency. The last component was failing and using too much energy to cool the beach house. The AC servicing business sent over an HVAC specialist to check the right component size to install in the house. His inspection did confirm that the old component was beyond repair. He also noticed the home needed a better control component that would work with an energy-efficient AC unit, however it took the AC specialist and a colleague a morning to successfully install and test the new AC system. Hillary was so glad with their excellent work that he took on a repair agreement with their dealer. The repair agreement would ensure Hillary had the component ran tests on and took care of twice a year. In addition, there was a clause for 24-hour emergency repair. This would ensure guests were sorted out if the AC plan ever failed or had complications.
