They’d gone to spend the summer with their grandparents and had the best time.
That gave my wife and me a chance to be alone which we had to admit was the best time ever. We even got to sleep the whole day and watch TV, which rarely happened. We’d moved from the city a while back after purchasing the cabin. It came with some good land which we got permission to set up some holiday houses. The houses were a great source of income, and we homeschooled the kids. They loved homeschooling after suffering a spate of bullying while we lived in the city. My dad was the one who brought us the idea of the cabin and homeschooling. As we were getting busy stocking the house for winter and ensuring all the cabins were in good order, we noticed an issue with the AC unit in one of them. It wasn’t blowing in warm air, which was crucial for the comfort and safety of our guests. My wife decided to call in the HVAC repair and servicing company for the annual AC servicing. The company sent us two AC workers to check a total of 7 AC units. Some only required air filter changes, but two had serious problems. One unit had a faulty thermostat which had to be replaced. The other had some frayed wires, which the AC worker removed and set up new ones. They even serviced the AC unit in our home because we required the heat all winter as a family.
