We went with grandma last month to get our nails done after she came to visit me. It was quite a surprise, and it felt so good to see her. The time came for grandma to get back home, so I got a week from work to travel with her. We arrived in the countryside a few hours later, and I wanted to make sure her home was in sound shape. The next morning, we were talking, and grandma happened to mention the cooling unit had been bothering her last summer when she was ill. The unit required fixing several times, costing a lot on AC repairs. So, to remedy this situation, I contacted an HVAC repair company in the next town. They sent us an AC worker to evaluate the aging AC system and recommend a solution. The AC worker was thorough in his work and informed grandma it was time to change the aging AC unit. He suggested we set up a ductless mini-split with zoning. The unit was much more affordable and easy to set up in her home. Grandma and I researched and agreed to get the zoned ductless AC unit to keep the house comfortable.
