I was surprised when I went over to my buddy’s apartment and the air quality was terrible.
I noticed that the Heating and A/C method was hardly working and I asked my friend what was going on.
She said she couldn’t afford any up-to-date air filters and she tried something crazy. She said she smashed multiple air filters together and shoved them in so they would provide extra filtering power. I looked at him for a moment and had to say, “Let me get this straight, you are using multiple dirty air filters in your Heating and A/C unit?” She said she was and asked me if I thought it was a brilliant plan. I shook my head and told my friend she made a foolish mistake. Fortunately she had only been using the cooling method for that afternoon with those multiple dirty air filters crammed together enjoy that. I told him I would buy him some up-to-date air filters and she could pay me back. On the way I explained how the multiple dirty air filters were only making the Heating and A/C method struggle more and that was why it was such a bad idea. I had to tell him that one of the most substantial things with the Heating and A/C method is having plenty of airflow. I told him if the airflow was struggling too much, the Heating and A/C method would eventually overheat and a lot of disfigure could be caused that would be expensive to have repaired. She seemed to get it, although I couldn’t be absolutely sure. Still, the Heating and A/C was working when the two of us got the up-to-date air filter in there and took the multiple smashed air filters out.
