Out of all the fancy rooms in the mansion, the movie was the one with the dirtiest funkiest air. My neighbor informed me that it would really help maintain the function of the unit by regularly performing an a/c care program. He told me that he had fitted a hybrid HVAC system and with the periodic home services, the unit had lasted for the past 20 years plus it never gave them much trouble during those years, He insisted on the importance of servicing the unit, especially during the spring season.
