Our kid is honorableand bright

Our kid has autism.

All of us love him to death and both of us have worked difficult to make sure he gets all the resources available to him.

While he is attractive to hang out with and talk to, there are some things he does that can be aggravating. Sometimes he will go to adjust the temperature control settings in the middle of the night and both of us might be dripping with sweat profusely or frosty depending on which way he adjusted the control unit. When both of us go to confront him about things love this, he has always been brutally honest. If both of us ask him if he messed with the control unit, he will tell us “yes” straight up without hesitation. When both of us ask him why, that’s a whole odd thing. He never legitimately seems to know why he does things love that, or he can’t explain it. I believe it has something to do with his autism. I understand that the senses are odd and sometimes you need hands on to learn about things, perhaps he was just trying to learn about how the Heating & Air Conditioning plan works. I ended up explaining to him all the odd components and he was engaged. He was interested in all the names of the Heating & Air Conditioning components and I even offered him a little diagram that labeled everything. He already memorized all of the parts. I kind of think he would be a legitimately skilled Heating & Air Conditioning professional if he legitimately wanted to do that. It’s something I will have to talk to him about down the road, what he wants to do ultimately in life.
