I noticed a strange smell in the lake house a couple of weeks ago, but i didn’t guess the stink plus I couldn’t find the source of the smell.
I genuinely thought I was going crazy.
I was terribly worried that I was losing our mind, however even our child said he didn’t smell anything funny. I thought I was the only person who could smell the nasty plus horrible stink. I didn’t smell the stink for mornings plus I thought it was gone. Then I smelled the stink again last evening. This time I started searching all over the lake house for the source. I thought an critter died in the ductwork. That problem happened a single time in the past when our partner plus I had our first house… An critter got lost in the ductwork plus could not find its way out. The critter died of hunger plus thirst plus the body started to rot inside of the ductwork. By the time we smelled the horrible order, it was way too late for the little guy. I thought for sure we had the same problem again until I realized that our child was smoking in his bedroom. I smelled the nicotine in the bedroom. My child must have thought that I was already asleep. I burst through his door plus I saw him standing at the window with a lit cigarette in his hand, but he nearly jumped out the window when he saw the mad plus furious look on our face. I doubt that will be the last time that he smokes, however it will really be the last he smokes in our house.
