I am excited to say that I was able to turn my basement into a genuinely nice man cave, then of course my husbandy has an office down in the basement as well, however most of it is the mancave! One of the first things I did was adjust for comfort by having a modern Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system installed… I had a multi-zone ductless mini split installed so that there are customized temperature control settings in all the major areas of the house. It’s a genuinely nice feature with the ductless mini split and the two of us also get to enjoy superb air quality thanks to the built in air purification, but both of us always do our fantasy leagues in the mancave and the two of us get together and just hang out. It’s always a superb time to just relax, drink, and shoot some pool or even play video games. I also almost forgot to mention that I have a smart thermostat. I enjoy the smart thermostat because it allows myself and others to adjust the temperature control settings no matter where I happen to be. The smart thermostat even knows where I am in the home automatically so I can really adjust the temperature control settings in the zone I happen to be in. It’s a genuinely costly Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and it keeps everybody comfortable in my house. I can’t even imagine how to make my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system better than what it is now apart from getting something costly like radiant radiant floors. Radiant radiant floors would be great, however that would require a sizable amount of money for that category of replacement.
