My security system is the best

When I return home, a geofencing feature is made aware of our location and automatically opens up the garage door for us and turns on the lights

My job makes me travel a lot. I am away on business-related trips more than I am at home these days! Although I love this aspect of my work, it does cause some difficulties. I have had to hire a repairman to mow the grass, to plow the driveway and to just keep up with all the responsibilities. I simply don’t have the time to do all of that and so I’ve also invested in a security plan to make sure that the place is protected whether I’m at home or not. I guess it would be very easy for someone to figure out that the house is empty for the most part and they could break in through a window or door on the back of the condo and have plenty of time to remove stuff or cause damage. I also felt concerned about natural disasters. A tree branch could fall on the roof or pipes could freeze and burst or the furnace might even rupture. The security plan includes sensors for smoke, moisture, temperatures, glass breakage and power outages. There’s even surveillance cameras that supply a real-time view of every angle of the property, from our smartphones. I can watch video, turn lights on and off and lock or unlock the doors. This feature is helpful whenever my packages are delivered. I have a friend who gets our mail and takes care of deliveries for me. I simply use our phone to unlock the door for her and then lock it right back up again. When I return home, a geofencing feature is made aware of our location and automatically opens up the garage door for us and turns on the lights. The security plan is almost like having a personal assistant.
