I really can’t wait to go back to my favorite coffee shop.
They were forced to close down during all of the silly virus shutdowns that we had and during that time frame, I guess their owners decided that it would be a good time to completely redo all of the HVAC equipment in their building.
Apparently, the furnace and the central A/C system in my favorite coffee shop just wasn’t up to par. However, I never really noticed anything about the indoor air quality in the building. On the contrary, I always thought that the place had amazing indoor air quality and I loved going there both in the summer and the winter. It never seemed that the air conditioning was turned down too low in the summer or that the heating was turned up too high in the winter. Things like that are my biggest pet peeves, too. I hate it when businesses set their thermostats to seemingly try and overcompensate for the hot temperatures or the cold temperatures outside. I’ve been to a lot of places like that, but my favorite coffee shop was never one of them. I love the big leather couches and the wood burning fireplace that they have in the lounge area of the shop. I’m really hoping that the new HVAC system that they installed while they were closed down doesn’t interfere with the great ambiance that they already had going on in there. I can hardly wait for them to open back up again. I’ll be the first one in line to get my favorite vanilla latte!
