It took all of her money to transfer in so she didn’t even have the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C program looked at.
She just started using window a/c systems plus space heaters, neither of which are energy efficient. Her electric bill isn’t legitimately high, but that’s because she rarely uses the window a/c systems or space furnaces because she is trying to keep her electric bill down. So, in the winter, her home is almost regularly cold plus in the Summer her home is almost regularly hot, with her trying to keep her electric bill down. I’ve been trying to explain to her that her central heating plus a/c program would really be more comfortable plus it is really more efficient plus comfortable than what she is using now. I explained to Dad that she could get zone controlled a/c plus heating or just close the air vents in the empty rooms. At the legitimately least, Dad could consider ductless a/c plus heating plus close off the air vents for good. Dad told me that she hasn’t made any final decisions, but I legitimately hope she heeds our advice. Dad deserves to be comfortable in her old age plus whatever she chooses to spend her money on, I hope she makes a great decision.
