I spent a few weeks saving my cash for a smart thermostat; My Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman consistently told myself and others how much he loved smart thermostats and was always telling myself and others how it would lower my energy costs; When he first mentioned a smart thermostat to me, I assumed he was trying to sell myself and others something in order to make more cash, but however, after I did my own research, I realized that my Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman wasn’t lying; Smart thermostats were designed to lower energy costs because they were programmable, but a smart thermostat could choice up on a home’s heating and air preferences according to the time of day and then automatically set itself accordingly! It could also be linked to a cell iPhone, which allowed homeowners to change the temperature wherever and whenever they wanted! The app for the cell iPhone also flaunted the temperature and humidity levels outside.
I loved these features, however my favorite feature of the smart thermostat was the way it showed how efficient or inefficient the Heating and Air Conditioning system was running. This feature was wonderful because it pointed out the ways homeowners could improve their heat and air settings. I knew I wanted to install a smart thermostat after reading about them, however I had to spend a few weeks saving for it. Smart thermostats are more expensive than your average thermostat, but they paid themselves off in the long run. I’m ecstatic my Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman kept telling myself and others about the wonders of a smart thermostat! I wouldn’t have l acquired about their greatness if it weren’t for him.
