I was so happy to start living in our own house when I was starting school. There was one issue though and that was the Heating and A/C system, or lack thereof. My hubby is not overly handy. I doubted his ability to provide an a/c tune-up however figured it wouldn’t hurt to let him try. He devoted his entire Sunday to taking the a/c apart & cleaning it; When he finally put everything back together, the cooling method wouldn’t even start up. Rather than schedule maintenance, I needed to call an Heating & Air Conditioning dealer & spend quite a bit more money on a repair.
