So I had to empty our savings account just to have a up-to-date HVAC installed, and I was terribly exasperated about it. I really should have listened to the advice of the people who cared in our life, even though I had to be stubborn about everything. I could have saved myself a lot of money by taking better care of our HVAC equipment.

That smart temperature control was a game-changer for sure.

My buddies kept making fun of myself and others for the longest time about not having a smart temperature control. They kept telling myself and others how convenient it was to adjust their temperature control settings at home, especially when getting off from work. That way, their homes were always perfectly comfortable by the time they got home. Me on the other hand, I had to suffer for a little while after getting home. When I went to help our friend install his up-to-date ductless HVAC system, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I thought he was going to have HVAC professionals helping out and maybe we would just help transport some of the heavy components or something. Well, it was just us and a single other friend. I thought this thing would be heavy, but it was light compared to our own AC condenser unit back at home. I thought we would put it on a concrete slab or something, but we ended up mounting it directly to the wall which is something I had never seen done before. When the installation was done, I was impressed. He now has 5 zones in his beach beach house with customized heating and cooling comfort in every zone!

Originally when I first moved out, I told our parents that I didn’t need their help.

I went to rent our own house and everything. The only arena I could afford was this run down site, but at least it didn’t have any rats or roaches. I made sure of that before signing the lease. The house also came with both a heating and cooling method which I thought was great. I found that so long as I kept decreasing the air filters, the air quality was great in our site. The thing that bothered myself and others though was the expensive energy bills. Evidently, this outdated HVAC method was not easily energy efficient but there was nothing I could entirely do about that, or so I thought at first. I asked our parents if they could at least give myself and others some energy saving tips so I wasn’t paying a small fortune on our energy bills. I was sad that I wouldn’t be able to afford our rent with such high energy bills. Both of our parents had some great energy saving tips for me. My father told myself and others it was great to cook out on the grill often. He said I shouldn’t bother wasting our money eating out all the time, I could make better food at beach beach house and save money. My mother said I should have the HVAC method tuned up because it would work more efficiently and lower the energy bills. I couldn’t believe it, they both were right. My energy bills lowered quite a bit when I cooked outdoors and got a professional tune-up on the cooling system.

She was an HVAC professional back in her afternoon and she always worked on her own heating and cooling equipment.

She always said they don’t make HVAC systems prefer they used to. She said the older HVAC systems, she could make last forever and she wasn’t lying about that. The HVAC method in her home I know is around 30 years outdated and is still running well. I don’t guess how she does it sometimes, but she does. The unfortunate thing about her cooling method is that it uses the outdated refrigerant that was outlawed by the government. She said they claimed the refrigerant was bad for the environment, however she said that wasn’t even true. Anyway, when she l acquired the refrigerant for her trusty cooling method was being outlawed, she stocked up on a lot of it so that it would last until the cooling method couldn’t be repaired any longer. I do wonder sometimes if that cooling method will ever die. It seems to me that so long as my uncle can get the right parts to maintenance it from time to time and give enough refrigerant as needed, that cooling method will never die. She won’t even use any type of up-to-date HVAC technology prefer smart temperature controls or even programmable 1s. She always uses a dial temperature control and says there’s nothing wrong with going outdated school. Occasionally I wonder if the police are going to split down her door because she has all this outlawed refrigerant for her HVAC system, even though I hope that doesn’t happen to him.

I thanked most people for helping me out and ended up speaking to a local supplier about installing a geothermal HVAC. The expense was up there, even though I easily had enough to cover it so I went for it. Now I have 1 of the most energy efficient HVAC systems around, and I l acquired it’s great for the environment too, so I know pretty great about this investment.

I always looked for the cheapest deal, and didn’t necessarily prefer quality.

I even had the moneyier at the store 1 time tell me that I should consider investing in better quality air filters. She said she wouldn’t put those cheap air filters in her HVAC system. I didn’t guess how to know about that at the time, even though I realized she was right after awhile. The air quality in my beach house was pretty bad and those cheap air filters weren’t helping me any. The next time I went to the hardware store, I found the same woman from before. I asked him what air filters she would recommend. She laughed and said she wouldn’t even buy any of the air filters from that store, she just worked there. But she told me about this online HVAC contractor that sold quality air filters for cheap. She even said you could get HEPA filters for half the cost you would pay in the store and she liked to purchase those in bulk because they gave the best air quality above any other air filter. I decided to try buying a box of HEPA air filters. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the difference was amazing. Even after 1 afternoon after installing a HEPA filter, the air quality in my beach house improved significantly. I remember when my parents came over for dinner, they asked if I invested in an air purification system, even though I told them I was using HEPA filters and they were impressed.

I used to wonder why my parents would freak out all the time whenever the people I was with and I would have the door open for too long in the summer time season.

Of course, I would rest there with the door open while talking to them and then I would be yelled at. My father would usually threaten to ground me and a few times I was grounded for real. It was quite miserable to be fair going without a/c, but that’s when my energy costs were entirely affordable. I came to find that if I used the AC method on a higher temperature control setting, I could get a honest amount of cooling in my locale without having such fancy bills. It helped using the AC equipment and the fan at the same time too.

It’s funny that I tried installing my own HVAC method and ran into a sizable hiccup at the end.

The thing that is funny about it is the fact that it wasn’t anything major. I had the condenser equipment set up officially with all the electric wiring linked as directed. I had all the linesets linked to their indoor HVAC units respectively and I had the right fuse for the HVAC method to run off of. I even had the service shut off on the on position, so I didn’t see why I wasn’t getting any power to the HVAC method itself. I asked my buddies if they knew what was wrong, but they truthfully had no idea. I eventually had an HVAC supplier come out to help me solve the issue. She said that I did a pretty great replacement considering I was not an HVAC expert. I thanked him for that and she carefully checked everything. She finally said there was only 1 last thing it could possibly be because she saw everything was hooked up officially. She then went to open the emergency split off after the people I was with and I shut off the power and she observed what was going on inside the box. Evidently, this box uses fuses that I never installed. The replacement video that I watched had a box that did not use fuses, so that’s where I messed up. The HVAC professional fortunately had some fuses on him and installed those for me. Soon after, the people I was with and I were able to turn on the HVAC and check to make sure it was working appropriately. I had to pay the supplier more money than I expected for such a easy fix, but I’m blissful she helped me solve the problem.
