I just savor being home. My home is neat and also orderly. I have all the comforts that anyone would need and some that I legitimately don’t need. I don’t see any reason to go anywhere. Last week, I was enjoying an old movie I found on cable. I made some tacos and I enjoyed myself on the sofa. My heating, ventilation and A/C plan began to rumble, however I didn’t provide it much thought. An hour later, I was beginning to get a bit uncomfortable. I threw off the blanket and settled a bit closer to the air vent. That’s when I realized there wasn’t any air conditioner coming from the air vent. I looked at the temperature control, already knowing it was going to be much warmer than where I had set the temperature. I called the heating, ventilation and A/C supplier and asked for a professional to look at my air conditioner unit immediately. They told me it was going to be several hours. I gave them my phone and proposed that whoever was coming to service the AC unit, should call about fifteen minutes before they arrived. I was going in search of somewhere that had an air conditioner. I lived about five minutes from the local shopping center. The air conditioner was consistently excellent in the shopping center. I decided to spend some leisurely time looking for some new carpets for my washroom. My best neighbor saw me and almost knocked me over. I didn’t buy carpets, however I had an enjoyable time having breakfast while talking to my friend.

It was a hundred degrees on Tuesday, and I had a lot of trouble with the air conditioner.

It was cool inside of the house until about 2 pm, when the sun was in the sky overhead. It started to get insanely warm and humid inside of the house, so I adjusted the temperature on the air conditioner. About an hour later, the whole house started to feel warm. I put my hand up to the air vent and warm air was coming out of the air conditioner. I was concerned that the air conditioner needed to be replaced, but I wasn’t going to call a repair service until later that day. I decided to turn off the air conditioner for several hours to see if that would fix the problem. I waited to turn on the air conditioner until after the sun went down. I crossed both of my fingers and turned on the thermostat, hoping to hear the motor fire up. The air conditioner started running and I felt a cool breeze coming out of the air vent. The breeze got colder and colder. I’m not sure why the air conditioner stopped working during the middle of the day, but it seemed perfectly fine after sitting for 6 hours. It’s only the middle of June right now and the outdoor temperatures are going to get warmer and warmer. I might have to buy a second air conditioner for the house if I continue to have problems with that central unit. I certainly don’t wish to be stranded without AC in the heat of July.

At the insistence of our HVAC provider, my wife and I decided to buy a smart thermostat for our new heating and cooling machine.

My wife and I got a great deal on the smart thermostat.

We read the entire pamphlet which included ways to save energy. My wife and I joined a website online and registered our machine for energy savings. Neither one of us were aware that the online website could change the temperature of our thermostat remotely. My wife and I went to lay down for a nap yesterday afternoon. We woke up around 5 and both of us were sweating. It was 78 degrees inside of the house, even though we had the thermostat set at 72. The temperature on the smart thermostat was 78 degrees, so my wife and I thought there was a glitch in the system. I programmed the thermostat for 72° again and the air conditioner came on. About an hour later, my wife and I noticed that it was getting warmer inside of the house again. The thermostat was once again sitting at 78 degrees. I decided to search online for some answers and I quickly realized why the problem was occurring. Since our region was in the middle of a heat wave, we were told to adjust the indoor temperature to 78 degrees to conserve energy. When my wife and I joined the online program, we gave them permission to remotely change the temperature in our home. We quickly unjoined the service and website after realizing our mistake.

My mom and dad had an air purifier installed about a year ago.

Shortly after the covid-19 pandemic began, my mom started to worry constantly about the indoor air quality. I told my mom that she didn’t have anything to worry about, because she wasn’t having visitors or going to a lot of different places. I didn’t think she would really come in contact with the virus as long as she was staying home, but she insisted that the air purifier was absolutely necessary. She called an HVAC company that specializes in air filtration upgrades and made an appointment. I was happy that the HVAC company didn’t try to talk my mom and dad into an expensive air filtration system. Instead, they recommended that my mom and dad buy a simple air purifier. The air purifier was installed into a window in the living room. It resembles an air conditioner like you might see in a mobile home or an apartment. The air purifier worked very well for a long time, but it was making a very funny and strange sound last weekend when I went to visit my mom and dad. I told my mom that the air purifier might need to be serviced and she scoffed. She felt very strongly that the air purifier was working just fine and she didn’t believe the noise was any concern at all. I hope the machine doesn’t break down in the middle of the week. My dad is going on a business trip and he won’t be home to help out in an emergency.

My friends and I work at a local taco and burrito restaurant.

On Friday and Saturday night, I work on the taco truck.

Me and two other employees travel to the river and sit there most of the night. The Riverwalk area is filled with people and the taco truck is always busy from the time we land until the time we leave. We often have to turn customers away at the end of the night, because we run out of supplies before closing. Last Friday Night, things were miserable. Jack and I were working by ourselves, and we had customers from the time we landed until the time we closed the doors. As soon as we pulled up to the curb, we had a line of people forming in front of the taco truck. Jack turned on the AC inside of the taco truck, but it didn’t work. Jack and I could not figure out how to fix the AC, but we didn’t have a lot of time to troubleshoot the problem. We had a line of people 25 heads deep and Jack and I had to start cooking. We spent all night without any AC in the truck. When we finally drove back to the restaurant later that evening, Jack and I found out that the reason the AC wasn’t working was because a fuse had blown. It would have been a 30 second fix if the two of us had been aware of the problem. Next time we encounter the same problem, we will be aware and prepared.

My wife was looking at me like I was crazy when I made the decision to remove the window film from my car.

It was scratched and damaged after I took the car through the car wash.

The warning about the car wash using steam to clean the grease and grime, never seemed to register in my brain. I vaguely remembered being told that window film should not be subjected to film. It can cause it to bubble and come loose around the edges. If you are using steam, you were supposed to open the windows. I was going through a car wash. Did they seriously think I was going to open my windows. I would have been a complete mess when I came through the other side. Along with being a mess, I would have probably had all kinds of bruising and possibly burns from the water, chemicals, and steam. All of this went through my mind as I was coming out the other side of the car wash. I looked up at my car window and I saw the beginning of little bubbles all over my windshield. When I got home, I got out my spray bottle, a razor blade, and my wife’s hair dryer. I was prepared to remove the window film. There was only one thing I had prepared: my wife got home early that day. She yelled at me not to touch the window film. She was already on the phone, ready to call the car dealership where we had the window film installed. She told me if I touched the window film she was going to sell all my tools, including the razor, spray bottle, and the hair dryer.

The custom furniture builder has been showing me design ideas and sending me fabrics for the chair

When my husband and I bought her home the previous owners left a bunch of stuff in it. Anything they didn’t want we got to remove ourselves. My husband is a pack rat though and didn’t want to throw anything out. The previous owners left a hideous recliner in the house. It is a just tan marshmallow that plugs into the wall. It is the worst thing I have ever seen. Any woman that sees the chair totally judges me. I can’t get my husband to give it up! The only thing we have agreed on is that he will move the chair into his shed if I get him a new one. He couldn’t possibly sit in something that doesn’t recline though. He also requested the power recline. Since I refuse to plug a chair in, it needs to be battery operated. Battery operated chairs are really ugly though. I found a custom furniture and interior design company online. I have been going back and forth with them about getting a custom chair. I want to get my husband the recliner he wants, but it should not be ugly. The chair needs to be comfortable, but not look like a giant cloud. I also don’t want a tan but more of a deep blue color. The custom furniture builder has been showing me design ideas and sending me fabrics for the chair. It is going to cost me quite a bit of money but it is worth it to get rid of that chair. I hate how it looks in my living room.
