Anyways, being disappointed in the HVAc company has happened numerous times. Here are some examples: I will call to schedule something with the Heating & Air Conditioning locale. The last time I called was to get them to install a smart thermostat, which should be a straightforward job. The reusable filters are better for your furnace as well as a/c as well as they save you a ton of currency in the long run, because they last for years! I am enjoying mine, as well as all I have to do is clean them every so often, and that is easy in my opinion. Can you believe these guys seriously wanted to spend more than nine thousand bucks on a billboard, when they could instead sink a fraction of that into Google ads and see more than nine times the results! When you are riding in the car, are the youngsters and passengers looking at billboards, or are they more likely to see digital advertising pop up on their social media feed? You can’t expect the eyeballs to go anywhere because you want them to, you need to put yourself in front of them, and in 2021 that means digital advertising and SEO. SEO is entirely a pressing part of maintaining online visibility, and in the long term it is more pressing than running adverts. Google ads and PPC ads will certainly provide you a startling influx of traffic, it is short lived, and when you have high quality SEO for your website this pays long term dividends.

I finally quit Twitter.

I know that people rag on Facebook all the time for being a hub of political malcontents and weirdos, but it’s got nothing on Twitter.

What makes it worse is that so many people there are flat out mean. On Facebook I can post a picture of my wife and I, and people say nice things. On Twitter, someone will pop up and say something bad about my wife’s look, or my physique. It is disappointing, especially since I just joined it to promote my business, and it is useless for that as well. I spoke to an acquaintance recently, and she has been dealing with a digital marketing corporation and getting some pretty superb results! She was telling me that my problem was using social media like a person would, instead of approaching it like a marketing business. One of the benefits of outsourcing all of your social media interest to a digital marketing corporation is that they don’t have that personal attachment that leads to online arguments. If someone says something mean on one of my posts I will get irritated and fire back. The digital marketing corporation is disaffectionate, they just delete the comment and transfer on with business. My acquaintance commanded me to keep on using social media for my personal life, but to hand over the business side of it to a digital marketing corporation. She also gave me contact info for the digital marketing rep she has been entirely working with, so I am hoping for similar results. Wish me luck!

When I was in grade school, I was envious of those kids who came from money.

I could not afford all of that. As I got older, the jealousy turned into determination to earn my own money. When I turned 16, I wanted to get a job, I started looking around the area for opportunities. I found that there were the most job listings for maid services. There were lots of homeowners looking for help with cleaning. I knew I was able to handle cleaning. If I was going to be paid to clean, I was going to do a great job and make sure the surfaces all shined. I decided to reach out to the people and offer to clean their home. They wanted the house cleaned from top to bottom. I was not organized or efficient and it took me over 4 hours. Finally, I had the house all set. The couple came home and checked out my efforts. Thankfully, they were happy and I was paid. Until the end of my senior year of high school, I worked as a maid for hire. I got really busy with the maid service. But after those years of cleaning houses, I was ready to be done with it. I had saved up a decent chunk of money. I put it towards my future college. It helped me to avoid huge student loans. I’m glad I worked as a maid as a kid. Being a maid is hard work and I learned a lot. I feel my work ethic came from that effort.

I look for those businesses with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and valid certifications. I was very careful when choosing a professional cleaning service. I wanted to find a company I could sign up with and trust that my commercial facility would be clean and safe for my employees and clients. When I was looking into different janitorial services, I checked that they specialized in carpet cleaning. There were quite a few options to choose from. I took the time to read all of the customer reviews and ratings. I eliminated several of them due to the many bad reviews. There were those that obviously needed to be avoided. Then I called the companies I was considering and spoke to a staff member. I asked about hourly rates, maintenance options, specials, rebates and their guarantees. I was impressed with the one family owned company because they have been around for over twenty years. Their prices were reasonable, and they are also authorized to use several specialized products. They offer antibacterial cleaning, deodorizing, spot removal, tile cleaning, grout cleaning, floor stripping and waxing and more. I was really impressed with their credentials. After they provided service, I was totally satisfied with the results. I signed a contract with them for the year.

I really had the longest bus ride in my life! Okay no, I’ve had longer rides, but this absolutely felt like the longest, and that’s because of its lack of air conditioning, however I am so used to my air conditioned house and car that I was taken aback when the bus didn’t have some form of cooling.

I was going to work and I was already late because of the bus, and that absolutely put me in a bad mood, which only made the situation worse, and you might ask what happened to my car, and why didn’t I just drive? Well my husband got a once in a lifetime kind of job, even though he starts work sooner than I do, so he needs the car the most, but since a bus schedule can be unpredictable, I wouldn’t want him to be possibly late, and make a bad impression on himself especially since he is new, even though it is my car, then however, after the 30 minute ride on the bus with undoubtedly 20 other sweaty hot people, on a 95 degree summer day, I realized that something has got to give, there is no way I am stepping foot on any other bus again unless it has air conditioning on it.

I have decided that I am now going to begin taking an Uber every single day to work, until my husband and I can get something figured out. With an Uber, I am almost guaranteed heating and cooling. I am thinking of maybe getting another car, so that way this entire issue can be prevented.
