I was so frustrated when the remote that I have to my smart temperature control broke the other day. I got the remote because I entirely hate using the app that is on the ipad plus my cell cellphone. These remotes that they sell for smart temperature controls are built entirely cheap. I have only had this remote about 3 weeks plus it already broke. They are not too high-priced to buy, it is just a pain in the rear having to go out plus buy another 1 after only 3 weeks of having this 1! Will the next remote break in the same amount of time? I am not sure. But I have to provide it a shot because I want to be able to control plus program my smart temperature control without having to mess with the cell cellphone app or my lake house ipad. The only way I would ever want to use the app on the cellphone is if I am out plus want to turn my central heating plus A/C plan on or off, controlling the central heating plus A/C plan while away is the main benefit of the smart temperature control anyhow. It has saved me a lot of money on my electric bills this way using far less energy. Because the central heating plus A/C plan would have to run all the time when no 1 was lake house otherwise. I could not assume it when I found my neighbor the other week throwing away a perfectly wonderful portable space heater! I asked them why they were throwing it out, plus they said it was just outdated junk taking up space.

I told them that if they did not mind, I would take the portable space furnace off of their hands instead of wasting it by throwing it out.

They laughed at me plus said “sure, go for it”. So I took the portable space heater, cleaned it off plus tried it out. And indeed it was just as it looked! Perfectly wonderful as new! I do not understand why people throw away things that are not broken just to clear space. They could provide things to someone who needs them. Like me, I wanted to buy a portable space furnace although I had not got around to doing so, then now I have a perfectly working space furnace in my lake house for free. I did not have to pay a cent for it plus I assume good about it. This portable space furnace is going to come in handy when the frigid long winters come in a few weeks or so. I am going to use it with my central heating. I will run the central heating half the time plus this honestly powerful portable space furnace the other half of the time plus end up saving a lot of money on my weekly electric bills! My neighbor has no plan of the benefits of portable space heaters. It is ok though. It is their loss plus my gain!

I nearly wanted to kick myself when I thought I was out of air filters for our central heating plus A/C plan the other week.

I ran out right away plus bought a whole ton of them.

Well, about 2 afternoons ago I was in our basement cleaning some old stuff out when I found a whole back stock of HEPA brand air filters that I had bought some weeks back! I totally forgot about them! Had I known I had all of these high quality HEPA air filters I would have never rushed out the other month to buy modern air filters. I must have spent around 35 bucks just on what I bought. I believe I am now going to have air filters for a honestly long time. That is the plus side of all this. The bad side is I did not need to spend that 35 bucks right now. In the future I will be looking a heck of a lot harder when I think I am out of something.
