They said I could get away with cleaning the ductwork once every 7 years. I thought that seemed a little ridiculous. To be honest, it seemed like they just didn’t like doing work like that. I was talking about my HVAC company to my brother one day and he said I should go with the HVAC company he goes through. He said they were relatively new in the area, but their HVAC professionals were on top of their game. He said these guys knew what they were doing and they provided competitive pricing, guaranteed to be any other in the community. So I decided to give them a call and the professional who came out was amazing. This guy was able to answer all of my questions, and if there was anything he was unsure about, he checked with his colleagues. Now that’s the kind of professionalism I have been wanting for my HVAC services, so they will be getting my business moving forward.

When I was at the HVAC shop the other day, I honestly was just curious about what kind of HVAC systems they had available.

I checked out a few different models on display which were amazing.

Then an HVAC professional came to me and started talking about how energy efficient these systems were. He explained the SEER ratings for the A/C products and how they were better than ever. SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio, and the HVAC professional explained this is basically the efficiency and consumption of a system which is important to know. He also told me that if I invested in one of these amazing systems, there were certain tax breaks I would get which was also a motivating factor to go for something like this. Of course, I was just browsing and I told him I would think about looking into these types of systems in the near future. He ended up giving me a few brochure guides showing the different models they had for sale. There were all kinds and the ductless mini splits were looking very appealing. The thing I love about the ductless mini splits is that they are reasonably priced, they last a long time, and they come with an excellent warranty that basically has you covered for 10 years, so long as you go with a professional installation. Now I’m not going to lie, I am tempted to just buy one of these systems myself and I have a few buddies who can help me with the whole installation.

Some of the snow was able to melt, but it was still pretty cold outside.

I was devastated when our gas heating system broke down during a terrible blizzard. I called the HVAC company for help, but they said it would take numerous days. They advised that if possible, we drive to a relative’s house and if not try to use a backup heating system and use lots of blankets to keep warm. Well, we didn’t have any portable heating systems, but we did have our fireplace that we didn’t use especially often. We had a reasonable stack of firewood ready to go, but I wasn’t sure if I could make all the wood last for a few days of continuous feeding into the fireplace. Still, it was the only thing we could do, it wasn’t like we had another place we could go. Even if we did want to go anywhere though, the roads were in bad shape for driving. The other miserable thing when I had the fireplace going was that I had to go out a bunch of times to shovel snow. I just prayed that the snow would let up. We struggled really badly the first night but I was glad when everything cleared up and the sun actually came out. Some of the snow was able to melt, but it was still pretty cold outside. We rationed the wood carefully to make it last as long as possible. We were finally down to our last few pieces of firewood when the HVAC professionals finally came out. I was so thankful when they called us to let us know they were on the way. I tell you what, in the future I’m going to make sure to have way more firewood just in case we need it.

Everyone seems to feel they feel everything there is to feel about their central heating and a/c.

Well, I used to feel this way as well until I found out a very useful piece of information.

Have you ever heard of a SEER rating? It’s ok…I didn’t even feel what that meant either until the heating and a/c specialist from my local heat and a/c company informed me about it the other afternoon when doing a tune up on my central heat and a/c unit. A SEER rating basically lets you feel how energy efficient your central heating and a/c is. The higher the SEER rating the better it is. And what does this mean for you? It means that you will have much lower electric bills with a central heating and a/c that has a really good and high up SEER rating. I was lucky that my central heating and a/c happened to just have a good SEER rating. I lucked out. Because when I obtained the central heating and a/c device I was not looking at SEER ratings. I was just looking at the best price to get a quality Heating, Ventilation and A/C brand model to replace an old and outdated central Heating, Ventilation and A/C system that I had before I invested in a new a single. So when you go shopping next for a brand new and modern central heating and a/c, check out the SEER rating before anything else! It will save you in the long term of things.

I could not think it when I found my friend the other month throwing away a perfectly good portable space heater! I asked them why they were throwing it out, and they said it was just old junk taking up space.

I told them that if they did not mind, I would take the portable space oil furnace off of their hands instead of wasting it by throwing it out.

They laughed at me and said “sure, go for it”. So I took the portable space heater, cleaned it off and tried it out. And indeed it was just as it looked, then perfectly good as new! I do not understand why people throw away things that are not broken just to clear space. They could supply things to someone who needs them, however like me, I wanted to buy a portable space oil furnace even though I had not got around to doing so, and now I have a perfectly working space oil furnace in my condo for free. I did not have to pay a cent for it and I feel unbelievable about it. This portable space oil furnace is going to come in handy when the cold long winters come in a few months or so. I am going to use it with my central heating. I will run the central heating half the time and this very powerful portable space oil furnace the other half of the time and end up saving a lot of money on my daily electric bills, however my friend has no system of the benefits of portable space heaters. It is ok though. It is their loss and my gain!

My local heat plus cooling system contractor that i deal with has been trying to sell me their Heating and A/C maintenance plan for a few weeks now plus I keep turning it down because it doesn’t have enough benefits to warrant the price per week they want.

The other day I absolutely got a call from their sales department plus they must have listened to mine plus other potential customer’s reasoning for now wanting the Heating and A/C maintenance plan.

Because now they have the greatest heating plus A/C maintenance plan I assume I ever been offered in my full entire life. It has everything that I would need to be protected against natural disasters to my central heating plus A/C plan unit, plus also it covers all seasonal Heating and A/C tune ups plus check ups, ductwork cleaning, general Heating and A/C maintenance plus maintenance plus also gives a discount on any heat plus cooling system products I may want to buy while on the Heating and A/C maintenance plan. Now it is all worth the weekly price they are asking. So after finding all this out,.I told them to go ahead plus sign me up for it plus I would pay weekly with my debit card. I will assume at ease now that almost every single 1 of my heating plus A/C maintenance needs are covered under 1 weekly fee. The only downside is if I do not have any Heating and A/C needs in the next year. But somehow I do not see that happening as there’s consistently something with my central heating plus A/C plan going on here plus there.

When it comes to space heating, this electric fireplace can entirely moderate up my entire dining room in hours much better than the authentic fireplace could. So all in all, an electric fireplace is the way to go these days if you want a fireplace in your home.
