I am going for my morning swim in an hour once the temperature warms up a bit outside.

I think the sea temperature is 56 F still so it is quite a shock when I go in, especially in the morning when I am groggy, but I tell you that once I come out of that water after 15 minutes I am a different person. I feel alive and energetic and I have a focus and clarity that any amount of coffee won’t duplicate. If you have never done a cold water dip, give it a try. It’s therapeutic. My HVAC unit needs a little therapy too so I think I will need to call the HVAC specialist in my town and have him come take a look at it soon. It’s been running a lot more than normal this winter and my bills have gone up quite a lot so I think it is in need of some repair or maintenance. I used to do this kind of stuff myself but now let the pros do it. The local contractor down the street has a few really good repairmen that are on call so I won’t have to wait too long to get it done. Oh and by the way, if you have never seen the short film called “The Gunfighter”, check it out, it’s very funny and only about eight minutes long. It’s on YouTube. They also have HVAC maintenance videos on there that I used to use for doing my own work but now I like to put my energy elsewhere.

I have my physical therapy appointment today and it is a good thing because I am quite sore from all of the sports and music I did yesterday.

These are the two things I love doing the most but they come with a price on my body.

That is fine with me because when I play these types of things I just feel free and joyful and that is what makes life worth living. I’ve kept my life fairly simple and only work about 15 hours a week maximum so I have time to do the things I love. I need to clean my fireplace today, which I don’t love so much, but it gives me a lot of joy watching the fires dance while I relax with my cat in front of it. I have a black cat with big green eyes which took about six months before it warmed up to me when I first got it. It gets a bit nervous when the central heat and air unit turns on and sometimes goes and hides under the sofa. It stayed under the sofa for about five months without coming out until night when I went to bed. I think the HVAC system was a bit scary for it when it was running so it would just stay under the sofa. I didn’t know this till I saw it one day run under the sofa when the unit turned on. So now for heat I just use my small portable space heater which is much quieter than the main unit.

I am up at six in the morning right now watching my Ethereum crypto because I have a lot of money at stake and it has been diving for a few days.

• I was down about ten thousand dollars yesterday and was getting a bit nervous.

I told myself that if it gets to fifteen thousand in the red then I may need to consider selling. I don’t like doing that though because they almost always end up rebounding as soon as I sell and I lose the potential money I could have made if I’d just sat tight. My furnace is on right now reminding me that we are still in winter. The weather is changing for the warmer quite quickly though so I may not need any climate control for a few months coming up. It usually doesn’t get very hot here until late June as we are more in the northern part of the Spanish coast where we have actual seasons but without the snow. I’ll probably turn on my air conditioner in May though because I like it nice and cold at night when I sleep. I’ve always been a fussy sleeper and know that keeping my room cooler at night is better for helping me get a good night of rest. I set my programmable thermostat up well so that I don’t have to always keep looking at it and changing the numbers. I used to have one of those old dial types that was very inaccurate, and a lot of time was spent looking at it and messing with it.

I played beach volleyball yesterday for over two hours non stop with my partner Nikko. We kept winning so we just stayed on the court. I went for a cold swim in the sea for 15 minutes to cool my joints. I then went home and showered and came back to the beach with my drum and played music and sang for another two hours. So, needless to say, my body is in a bit of pain this morning. I used Biofreeze on all of my sore areas and the stuff is amazing. If you have any pains, try it. I plan on cleaning my ductwork and HVAC system today because it is on my schedule and it has been a few months since I’ve done so. I know that the grill on the condenser gets really dirty with dust and grime and then my unit doesn’t cool as efficiently. It is still winter and I am running the central heat but summer is fast approaching. It was about 70 F yesterday on the beach when we were playing and it is still February so it looks like we may have an early summer if this keeps up. I want my air conditioner to be working top notch when it gets hot because I don’t sleep very well when I am sweating all night. I like to keep it around 65 F at night in my bedroom when I sleep and have a fan blowing on me too. I set my smart thermostat and let the unit do the rest.

I knew that has why they were taking their time to have the labor done.

I wanted to get the heating and A/C plan replaced before I moved across the country. I was entirely upset about my mom and dad being alone, even though I had a job offer that was too nice to pass up. One of the things that my parents called me about during the Wintertide weeks is the oil furnace. I thought a new Heating & A/C plan would cut down on a lot of the problems they officially have. My dad did not want me to spend my savings for the new heating and a/c, even though I insisted. My parents were ecstatic for the new equipment, however the cost of the new equipment was steep. It was nearly $7,000 to update the oil furnace and cooling system. The new device is much more energy efficient than the ancient one. It even came with many rebates from the city and the state. I left for the new job a couple of weeks after my mom and dad got the new oil furnace and cooling system. They felt care about I was leaving them for nice and they were frustrated. They claimed that the new oil furnace and cooling system was a way to keep them from getting frustrated, however that clearly didn’t work. My mom was more frustrated than I have ever seen her, even when I went all the way across the country for university.

My lady and I went to a hotel on Saturday evening to celebrate our birthday.

Every one of us have an apartment, however all of us have a couple of roommates and all of us never really have total privacy.

I thought it would be nice to go to a hotel to celebrate our special day. Every one of us went to the hotel after I finished work. My lady had everything packed and ready to go. The more than one of us were happy about our adventure. My lady and I got to the hotel and there was no 1 in the lobby. Every one of us waited for a couple of hours before someone finally came out of the office to greet us. Every one of us were on the third level of the hotel, despite the fact that our lady and I requested a room on the first level. When all of us entered the room and I saw that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C device was off, I was terribly angry. It was pretty hot outside and the hotel staff should have had our room ready. Having the room ready in our opinion means making sure that the temperature levels are comfortable. When I turned on the a/c and it did not work, I was even more upset. I went down to the lobby to talk to the clerk and I lost our temper. I complained and yelled until the guy gave in to our demands. I would have preferred to leave after having the encounter with the clerk, however at least I got the guy to move us to a better site. Every one of us ended up in a suite on the first floor that was open the whole time. Of course, it was nearly twice as much currency.

Just a small number of years ago, my best friend plus I started a small service dealer together. The more than one of us were both toiling for a nationally-known Heating & A/C service dealer. There was no room for advancement plus both of us were fed up with the management. I had the capital to beginning the project plus Jack agreed to leave the dealer to go into dealer with me. All of us never actually discussed much about the dealer when it came to finding. Once I got my initial investment, the two of us break things down the middle plus shared all of the profits, and jack plus I eventually had a falling-out plus he decided to transfer out of town. All of us didn’t speak to each other for three years. I didn’t guess anything about the guy or if he decided to beginning a service dealer of his own. I didn’t guess anything about Jack until I was served with a subpoena to go to court. The guy is suing myself and others for a million bucks. He claims that I stole that dealer from him plus made him walk away from a lifetime of profits. I completely plus totally disagree, plus I dislike the fact that I’m going to have to get a lawyer plus fight the guy in court. There is actually no proof that the two of us intended to remain in dealer together for the rest of our lives plus Jack does not have anything in writing that states I would ever deliver him profits beyond the currency that the Heating & A/C dealer was making from week to week. I do not guess how the guy even has a case.

One of my greatest commercial patrons called last Thursday, plus the guy was panicked plus sad because he heard really odd sounds inside of the ductwork.

He described the sound to the best of his ability.

I truthfully thought it sounded appreciate a raccoon, however I could not actually figure out how a raccoon would end up inside of the ductwork. I told the customer that a raccoon would really require the help of an exterminator. He agreed to pay all of the costs neighbord plus begged myself and others to help on the same afternoon. I agreed plus decided to check out the situation before I contacted anyone else for help. I met the customer downtown at the warehouse plus I stood outside the room where the noise was coming from for a while. I did not hear the same noises that the guy was describing, however I believed that he was hearing a odd sound. I told the customer that I would use a camera to look into the ductwork for signs of any problems. I was moving through the duct toil swiftly however carefully, plus I ran right into the raccoon. It didn’t see the camera until I was right on top of him. The raccoon let out the most piercing scream plus I dropped the camera I was using. It took myself and others a moment to get my bearings. The wild animal startled me. I truthfully did not expect to see any signs of life inside of the ductwork. After seeing proof of life, I decided to contact a local exterminator that I toil with frequently. He met myself and others at the dealer plus the two of us removed the raccoon from the ductwork.
