Neither a single of us were aware that the online website could change the temperature of our control unit remotely. My husbandy and I went to kneel down for a nap yeahterday day. Every one of us woke up around 5 and both of us were dripping with sweat. It was 70 degrees inside of the house, even though the people I was with and I had the control unit set at 69. The temperature on the smart control unit was 70 degrees, so my husbandy and I thought there was a glitch in the system. I programmed the control unit for 69° again and the cooling system system came on. About an minute later, my husbandy and I noticed that it was getting warmer inside of the home again. The control unit was once again kneeling at 70 degrees. I decided to search online for some answers and I abruptly realized why the complication was occurring. Since our region was in the middle of a heat wave, the people I was with and I were told to adjust the indoor temperature to 70 degrees to conserve energy. When my husbandy and I joined the online program, the people I was with and I gave them permission to remotely change the temperature in our home. Every one of us abruptly unjoined the repair and website after realizing our mistake.
