Whenever I turned the temperature control over to plus turned it on, the outside component fired up plus the fan started turning plus it sucked the branch right down into it, wedging the branch down further plus further until the fan stopped turning plus the whole thing got dented plus torn up. I had to pay a whole lot of currency to our local Heating and A/C dealer to get the updated; Believe me, I will never make that mistake again. Always make sure that you check your exterior component or you will be sorry one day!
