If there is a single thing I hate, it is when you have a service tech come to the loft to make a repair, plus they tell you your item still will not work.
I have had this happen several times.
I had this happen last week. I had to have the Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional come in plus do an inspection on our gas furnace. He told myself and others he had found a problem with the gas furnace plus he had to do a repair. I asked him if he could do the repair instantly plus he told myself and others he had to order the part. I was okay with him ordering the part. I didn’t appreciate the method that he couldn’t even supply myself and others an method of when our gas furnace would get repaired.. He said that was the best he could do. What did he mean by ‘this is the best I can do’? Did that mean he was going to order the section for the gas furnace? Maybe he wasn’t even sure if the gas furnace section was available? He had myself and others a bit aggravated with his odd answer. I called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier plus told them about the gas furnace plus how the young guy said I needed a part. I also told them about his odd answer. The receptionist told myself and others that normally it takes from a morning to a month to get a part. It all depended on whether they had it in the warehouse. When they delivered the current part, it wasn’t by the young Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech. An older Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech arrived with the younger Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech in tow. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier thought he needed a bit more a single-on-one training on how to talk to patrons.
